We ordered big item from rattan garden furniture ltd on the website, the procedure was painless! The delivery time was clear and the item delivered on time.
It was well wrapped and there was a little handwritten message to thank us for our order.
All in all I would certainly order from the company if the price was right!

Just bought a beautiful Corner Set of Rattan Garden Furniture. This Company don’t just offer the best deals and the best furniture, they also give you the very best service! Cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to Shaun and to Paul for looking after us. Will be recommending to all our Friends and Family

Recently visited The Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd store on the A127. Having bought a Gazebo and 8 chair table and lazy Susan set , we couldn't be more pleased. The staff there are so friendly and polite and the customer service we received was 2nd to none. I can't thank the staff enough for their helpful, approachable and knowledgable service. Having experienced a few issues with metal parts, (small dent stopping the hooks gliding along the Gazebo track) these were exchanged and replaced with both Mark and Claire (manager) providing a visit to our home to ensure everything was up to standard. Thank you so much, we are very happy with our purchase.

Great quality furniture and good customer service. Highly Recommended. You will not regret it. Worth the money.

I had been searching the internet for a very particular size of corner rattan furniture, but also had to have a rise and fall coffee table. Eventually managed to find this company just as I had given up hope.

Their online chat facility was great - quick to respond, informative and very helpful. Confirmed all my questions efficiently and honestly.

Ordered my chosen set, exactly the right size, style, colour and table functionality. Was delivered within four working days.

Absolutely minimal assembly required, literally only the table to put together; I had an issue however, emailed their Customer Services and within two hours I received a telephone call to advise me what I needed to do to rectify the problem.

Cushions are very thick and very comfortable, and I can confirm they definitely are shower proof! (Top tip: if you think cushions are missing off your order, check underneath the sofa and foot stools!)

Great value for money, very good quality and overall, I’m very happy with my purchasing experience.

Definitely recommend.

What a cracking piece of garden furniture. I purchased the champagne kingston corner set, it's amazing. Comfortable and solid. I had a few issues with the delivery date due largely to me using the online chat tool which, whilst very helpful can not, even if agreed at time of purchase, guarantee delivery dates, I would ring the shop for any and all specific to you delivery issues! However a quick email was sent in and I soon (within an hour) had the assistance of the Managing Director Paul Brightman who swiftly got the furniture delivered to me. Top man, Top furniture. Top price. 100% Recommended.

My wife has been asking me for a while to get a garden dining set with 6 chairs after visiting this store we decided to buy a round 6 seat dining set I was amazed at the price and the quality we spent a whole day looking at other stores and found rattan garden furniture in Romford offered a wide range of stuff and we’re both really delighted with what we bought I would highly recommended this store 5*

We couldn’t praise Conner enough! He was such a delight and knew his products well. He went above and beyond to help us choose our new garden set. He is a credit to your company. You don’t often see or receive customer service like that anymore. Well done Conner! Will highly recommend to friends and family.

Love our new firepit dining set! The team were very helpful in our process of selecting our perfect piece for the garden, they have a huge range in the Romford showroom. Delivery was prompt and the guys were also very helpful. Thanks to your team, we're definitely recommending. 5 star service!

We purchased a 6 seater champagne cube dining set and the Mayfair corner sofa set to match and we absolutely love it! Delivery was fast as promised and the communication was great from all the team from start to finish! The furniture looks great on our decking and great quality! Amazing service, would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. 👍🏼👍🏼
