Convenient and high quality service
Rented a morning suit for a wedding. It arrived promptly, fitted perfectly and was of a high quality. Ordering and returning were simple and hassle free. The service was very competitively priced. I would definitely use again and would recommend Rathbones to others.

Great suit, delivered on early (which didn't eat into my allotted rental time), fit perfectly thanks to the self measuring instructions, easy to return. I don't have a bad thing to say to be honest.

Great customer service
I rented morning suits for my groomsmen for my wedding weekend and had a fantastic experience - everything arrived on time, replacements for items that didn’t fit were sent and arrived literally the next day after I requested them and the customer service team were very quick to respond and were generally extremely helpful. The suits themselves were good quality and came nicely pressed. The ties and shirts were a bit on the poorer quality side but then again they were very good value for money.
All in all my experience with Rathbones tailor was overwhelmingly positive and I would recommend it to anyone looking for rental suits on their special day!

I ordered 6x Simkins navy suits myself and groomsmen for my wedding in Spain, the suits were of excellent quality and looked great. The most important thing for me was the excellent service that I received both via life chat and email. Megan in particular was extremely helpful with questions about sizing and offering flexibility around return dates etc One pair of trousers needed to be returned in relation to sizing and this was handled with ease. The retuning of the suits was easy via DPD and by providing Megan with the tracking information it was easy to get an accurate bill. It’s not often I leave a review but only in exceptional circumstances when the customers service went above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you rathbones and in particular Megan.

Very helpful and easy
Did a great job getting the rented suit out in time, and was extremely helpful in providing replacement trousers when the originals turned out to be too long.
Also, their guide for providing your own measurements really helped make things easier, and the whole experience was much less intimidating (not to mention expensive) than a traditional suit rental

Sorry yours wasn't the seamless experience we aim to offer at Rathbones Tailor. Unfortunately it seems the sizing issue was a case of European vs UK sizes. With your European suit sizes being 10 inches bigger than the actual measurement in inches, this is where we came unstuck. Invaluable feedback for us as we can make it clearer on the site that we work with UK sizes/inch measurements.
I also appreciate your feedback on flexibility of the try-on service; something more akin to an in-shop experience. As I said on the phone, this is something we are looking at but won't be an immediate fix.
I hope you manage to find the perfect fit for your wedding suit and do check back in with us in the future as we aim to improve our offering.

Suit arrived early which allowed for…
Suit arrived early which allowed for conformation of fit. Quality was good and as described. On returning I realised that the DPD returns label had accidentally been thrown out. The team at Rathbones arranged for a replacement to be sent to me with no fuss.
