Good quality
Good quality suit, quick delivery, and really appreciate the next day delivery for a different size. Only downfall was the suit smelled strongly of the last guys’ cologne.

Hi David, cheers for leaving a review. They're golden for future customers to get a sense of what we are about over here at Rathbones Tailor. Gutted to hear about the fragrance situation. This has been passed onto the quality control team at the warehouse and will be investigated fully. We have 5 stages of cleaning which shouldn't let this sort of this slip through the net.
I hear from the customer service team that a size swap was ordered and delivered which is great to hear. It's a great function considering the online nature of the business.

Excellent service that provided me with the perfect suit and set of trews for the event I was attending. Megan was also great at communicating any queries I had regarding sizings. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Not sure of sizing
All of my suits did work are a 32 waist but the 32 trousers I received I could not get close to fastening. My partners 34 were the same. Not sure what was wrong with sizing but the company do offer a free change so don’t do what we did and order too late to actually avail your self of that very helpful service they offer

Gutted you weren't able to use the free size swap service. We recommend delivery 5 days before needing the outfits for this reason but totally understand that that isn't always possible.
Trouser waists is always a funny one. Jeans/chinos/smart trousers don't correlate well with suit trousers. The reason being they are made of different materials, sit on a different part of the body and most importantly are often mislabelled. For reference, I'm a 34" waist with a measuring tape and wear 31" jeans. Who knew!
Our trousers are 'true to size' meaning a 32" waist will measure 32" around, or 16" across. Mainly stating this for future customer who might be reading this. We may well have made a rare mistake when shipping yours so apologies for that.

Short Lead Time, easy return
Waited until the last minute to get a tuxedo sorted for a black tie event, and Rathbones Tailor delivered above all of my expectations. From getting the tuxedo delivered quickly, in line with my size, and providing a great looking tux, they checked in during and after to ensure my experience was exceptional throughout the process. Great company and great team if you're looking for a last minute solution that will be delivered perfectly.

Great service, great suits, good website, easy delivery, size swaps, and I vouch for the company as a trusted supplier
From the first look, Rathbones showed images of real men wearing real suits, not just a range of posed catalogue pictures. I liked the idea of finding a local business and I received a personable response to all my queries really quickly, (Thanks again to Megan who was a ledgend from start to finish). We found exactly what we needed along with a range of cost options to cover swapping sizes ahead of the event for a nominal delivery charge. The suits were great quality and there were so many size variations to fit all shapes and sizes! Our team looked splendid! And they felt award winningly good!

2nd time we’ve used Rathbones for work…
2nd time we’ve used Rathbones for work awards dinners, and both times been fab. We inadvertently ordered the wrong size trouser and they sent a new pair out, next day FOC.

Really wonderful 10/10
They were honestly really wonderful - with excellent customer service. Initially I was unable to book the necessary three piece suit for a friend's wedding due to the business of Ascot weekend, but Rathbones managed not only to get me the missing waistcoat in the correct size after I emailed them, but also amended the order for me without any fuss or extra bureaucracy. It was perfect. Thank you so much!
