I placed quite a large order and was genuinely impressed with the fit and quality of every single item. I contacted customer services regarding a minor issue, they responded and were very helpful. I would definitely order again and would be happy to recommend Rascal Clothing based on my experience.

Horrific experience - RECTIFIED
UPDATE 15/04/2024: I wanted to keep the below 'ORIGINAL' in as it was my genuine experience and it was not a pleasant one. However, I feel I now need to be fair and edit based on more recent experience. I have since been contacted via different foms of media. Email, Instagram and call via WhatsApp. It has been explained to me what had happened (stock list and packaging originally supplied during the take back was incorrect which resulted in repackaging and organising of thousands of items, which ultimately meant orders were affected). Is this an excuse for the more negative service?....no. But it does help the consumer understand and respect efforts being made, especially when Rascal as a company acknowledge the error and are learning from it. My issue wasn't the delay or the out of stock items. It was feeling like I wasn't being heard or listened too when I was being told I had been emailed....when I hadn't.
More recent correspondence has been more understanding and accommodating and honestly shows how much Rascal care as a company. I am 1 person and many companies would not be too concerned about an individual opinion. Rascal were. There has been accountability, explanation and overall passion to make things right. I really appreciate it and will return to looking forward to ordering again soon.
ORIGINAL: Ordered numerous times from Rascal and never had issue. My Son idolises Billy and his Family. Unfortunately I have also fallen victim to recent events from the recent sale. Ordered 17 items on 11th March. Received 1 email confirming delay and to wait 14 days before contacting. I did. Response via email took days but I was patient. Response was generic, not informative and did not help in any way. Contact via Instagram appeared more helpful.....at the beginning. Was told 2 items unavailable and I would be emailed and I would be sent free gift and a voucher. No email received. Chased and information was sent over Instagram. Tracksuit top and shorts unavailable. I request tracksuit bottoms to also be refunded as I did not want just one half. Received £20 refund and an email confirming this was for tracksuit top and bottom and that shorts had been found. Told order was despatched. Lies!!! Finally receive order today and 3 items missing. 2 x t-shirts and the shorts that were "found". I have been curtious and patient up until now. I am fed up. Requested the missing 3 items to be refunded and to forget the free gift (that was supposed to come with order) and voucher that I was promised days ago! Only to be told the 3 missing items were removed from order and refunded. I have sent proof the email sent to me quoted 2 items and I have only been refunded for 2 items...so not only are you lying and the customer service team failing to actually help! But you are stealing. Refund me the money for the 3 missing items and let me be on my way!

What I liked/disliked
What I liked-
1, The sale was fab, and all items turned up within 7 days.
2, 6 out of 7 items were good quality.
3, One item was faulty, however they responded as I’d expect and quickly sent another item out.
What I didn’t like-
1, The 2nd coat they sent out was also faulty, and now I have 2 faulty coats.
2, I informed them of the 2nd coat also being faulty, but due to the coat so heavily discounted I’m going to fix the coat myself…. If this was full cost (which it is now on the website), I’d be returning it.
3, The last response did not make much sense and just said, “we’re letting you keep it”, I assume they meant the 2 faulty coats for the price of one. No apology, or explanation.
They then asked me to write a review!!!

Received an apology and £30 code to use before the 14 days delivery period which I was told about on the website! I had emailed to ask about my delivery and received prompt responses! Brilliant quality clothing and brilliant customer service, I can't say enough positive things about this company!
