Quality clothing and great prices
Amazing clothing at great prices. Quality is brilliant. My kids just wanted them as they love Billy Wingrove and we watch the Wingrove family all the time on YouTube so their excited faces when the items arrived was amazing. Arrived two weeks after ordering and can’t wait to order more. Thank you x

Great quality clothes but extended delivery time.
Delivery took a little longer than expected. However, I'm guessing this was due to a promotion, but when the clothes arrived, they were great quality. One happy little boy!

Refunded without any explanation
A couple of weeks after placing the order I received a note that the money will be refund, without any explanation of what has gone wrong. I have contacted the company about this, and also didn't get an answer. It's very disappointing, as I ordered from them many times before.

SHOCKING
Placed an order on 11th March for around £245 and still not received a thing.
Numerous messages to Rascal completely ignored (through email, Twitter, Instagram and FB Messenger)
When I did eventually receive a reply from George, I was lied to!
Was told order would be dispatched by end of day 31st March and it wasn't!
Then guaranteed again by George it would be posted 3rd April and I would have tracking details - its now 10.30pm on 3rd April and surprise surprise no dispatch email and no tracking number.
Customer service is abysmal - messages are continually ignored, then when you do by luck get a reply you are given wrong information and fobbed off.
I'm now down £245 and have 2 young boys gutted their items have not arrived and by the looks of it, never will.

Very Poor
Ordered £70 worth of items, almost 4 weeks later I am told some of my items are out of stock and the rest will arrive next business day. Turns out ALL my items are out of stock. It doesn't matter if its a new business or a sale you should still be adequately setup to deal with the demand. Very poor.
