Lovely quality clothing, my son is delighted with his outfit!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Customer service is non-existent. I ordered cargo pants for my son. Sizing was wrong and I was unhappy with the quality so I returned them for a refund via Evri courier. They have sent me proof of delivery, including a photo. I have not received my money back from Rascal Clothing. I have emailed repeatedly and messaged via X (Twitter) as there seems to be no other way to contact this company and have not received any response whatsoever.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RASCAL CLOTHING UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO WASTE YOUR MONEY

I’m happy with the customer service and how my package was delivered

I have tried 3 times over the past month to enquire about the status of a refund for returned goods and no reply or even acknowledgement of communication - not via the email address provided or their IG platform. Given up after weeks of trying and referred the matter to my card issuer. Poor way to do business. Some of the clothing is decent but appalling customer service means I won’t shop there again.

Such good quality clothes 💪 glad we ordered a bigger size, my normal size 9 year old fits perfectly in your 11-12 (I think that is what we ended up ordering) he is soooo happy, it’s hard to persuade him to take them off so I can wash them. They also wash up brilliantly x I would definitely order again, but just order the next size up x

The wrong item in the wrong size was delivered originally, but after i made contact with the customer service team this was rectified immediately with the correct ordered item. Fantastic response from the customer service staff who were extremely helpful and apologetic. Than you all at Rascal.

Placed an order before Christmas for my sons Xmas present, it arrived the wrong size and I just want to exchange it, no details on where to return to so have emailed now 3 times and not had a response. Very poor customer service! I would say sizing is way off order much larger but mainly avoid due to zero communication! Thanks for wasting my money

Be careful ordering from Ireland with this company. They charged £16.95 for shipping and I’ve just been hit with a customs charge of €26.00. I’m putting this message up because I wish I had of known before I ordered. Suffice to say I will not be ordering again. Also I am 4 weeks waiting on the order and still haven’t received it.

Easy to use website, excellent communication throughout, quick delivery. Top quality products. This is the only brand my son will wear
