Wonderful Customer Service - thank you!
I recently ordered some clothing from Rascal from my son’s Christmas list and they arrived very promptly so thank you!
My son had also asked for some Rascal sunglasses that are currently not on the Rascal website. So on the off chance, I emailed Rascal Customer Service to see if they had any left for me to buy and got a lovely message from Dave to say he would check in their office.
Today I heard back from Dave who sadly had not been able to locate any but I am very grateful for the fantastic customer service shown to me.

it’s my 2nd purchase
it’s my 2nd purchase. Had a pink/red set - shorts, t shirt, hoodie, now I’ve just bought the bundle for a birthday present, amazing material, soft & really fleece inside. My son (11) loves wearing it, def will buy more.

Unfortunately I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, however the time period for them to provide a tracking number has passed and getting a response from them is non-existent. What a shame because they seem to have some good stuff. Never ordering again.
UPDATE: I see the company's reply to I wish I could attach the email screen shot I have of the correspondence I have with them.

We live in Australia and my son loves…
We live in Australia and my son loves rascal clothing. Unfortunately for us we have had a terrible experience with the courier service delivering our order. Rascal has bent over backwards to try to get Sidney his clothing. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Not only is the clothing very high quality but the custom service is outstanding.

Excellent customer service from Nathan…
Excellent customer service from Nathan at Rascal. I sent an email query, immediately after I had placed my order, as I had made a mistake . Nathan responded really promptly and sorted the issue.
We buy a lot of clothes from Rascal and they have always been a fantastic quality and washed up well.

Do not purchase from this company
I have tried numerous times to contact customer services with no response. My parcel has not been delivered from over two weeks ago. No communication no refund offered. I’m now having to get my money back through my bank. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance.
