Im a brand new customer at Rapyd and my Tech supprt Rep named Niranjan was so amazingly patient and helpful. I had been having a major problem for over a week and was attempting to get support from 2 other companies but their support was terrible. Niranjan took the time to understand the issue and walk me through all the technical steps and fix every issue.

Excellent support and timely responses combined with blazing fast site speed makes this a fantastic hosting option for Wordpress site.

I had few issues with my website and I worked with Sachin from IT, the level of support I get from Rapyd is unbelievable top service highly recommended and Sachin stayed calm and helpful even though I was unreasonable at times due to my lack of IT know how. thank you all

Mohamed was extremely helpful. I just migrated my wordpress over and had atleast 20 questions ranging from what plugins can cause issues with eachother to what plugins are still recommended for security. he went over all the current security and cache feature included. explained to me how to keep my current business email working well with my site and my forms. i spend over 30 minutes on this chat and he answered all my question and they were all helpful and accurate.

Support is always awesome. 7 days a week, Can' ask for more.

Rapyd has incredible customer service. Their bot answers many of my questions with accuracy and detail. If I do need to connect with a person, it takes less than 5 minutes to be connected and they always resolve my issue in less than 30 minutes.
Customer service aside, my website and app perform extremely well on Rapyd. We have had no issues with speed or performance even with many concurrent users on very dynamic pages.
