This host has no idea what they are doing.
Our clients have lost countless amounts of money (I stopped counting at $50,000.
This platform has never worked, every single possible issue we could have run into, we ran into.
Support is useless, they're working on so many cases at the same time that it'll take hours for a simple request. They'll say they're working on it every time you check in, but they're ignoring it.
They've broken so many of our websites.
They charge a premium cost, and give a cheap product.

Great Host for Complex WP Sites
I run a digital agency and have used a lot of different hosting setups for different WordPress sites. Rapyd is by far the best. It's a great server for complex websites, and their support is top-notch.

Very disappointed with the slow service and support
I purchased the multi-site plan on Rapyd Cloud and I am extremely disappointed.
Simple tasks cannot be performed on the dashboard and support takes more than 2 days to resolve the issue.
My e-commerce site has been down for 2 days, with losses and no one can resolve a simple site pointer and SSL issue.
