It was so good to be able to get through to customer support quickly and resolve my issue with the wrongly supplied products. Josh was courteous and promptly sorted the issue and I had the correct replacements within 2 days at no extra cost to me. Thank you.

Goods arrived on the date they said, there was a delay but they kept me informed all the way through to delivery. Which is good, it also allowed me to decide if I wait or not.

My email order was dealt with very professionally by a very helpful salesman. The price quoted by him beat several quotes from other suppliers. I was given an ETA when in fact my item arrived much earlier than expected which was great. It was delivered by a Rapid van driven by a really nice driver.
This was a good experience and Rapid will be my go to firm for supplies in future.
