I started ordering since May 2020, and have ordered many times. I have had to contact Ralphs several times. The past three times I subscribed to the annual service. After last week's dubious incident, and information from the chat service rep. I decided to check my bank account to see if all the overcharged amounts had been credited over the past year. NO - not one received. Not only that, nowhere on the Ralphs web site can you check how much and when the amounts have been credited. After looking for this information, I reached out to the company via chat, and the rep confirmed that the customer does not have access to this information. Poor business practices. Especially now that I discovered that I have not received any credits from Ralphs over the year. I am not recommending anyone to use this service. I am going to try other grocery stores e.g. Sprouts. A little more pricey, but they are above board I heard from a friend. She never had issues with the delivery service.

I had made multiple covid antibodies test appointments and every one of them were canceled before I could get tested. Now, none of the Ralphs in my area are even accepting appointments, but still advertising that they offer the test. Please stop advertising a test that you can't perform. 2 stars because they did call to cancel my appointments. Now shopping elsewhere.

This was the second time I tried using the delivery service the first time it was just to difficult it seems I had stuff on a shopping list and stuff in my cart. I went to the store and did my shopping. I wasted two hours that day. This time I got all my items in my shopping cart. Because of Covid I wanted to use the delivery option. I tried to find out how to use the coupons mailed to me. Finally called the store & they told me I could not use them. I was not happy I wasted three hours on line. I will have to go into the store to shop so I can use my coupons. I cleared $147.00 worth of groceries from my cart. I'm glad I didn't go ahead with the purchase after reading the reviews

I love shopping at Ralphs. Their produce is always fresh. The cashiers are friendly. I only wish there were more in the Chino / Montclair ca area.

I used RALPHS delivery and only did I not receive everything I ordered,I was charged incorrectly.
Receipts says 15 items. Even if I included the 10cent CA redemption charge, I was still shorted items I know I ordered. And then the math between the items I got and the subtotal didn’t match.
I just spent $40 to learn a lesson. I am sharing it here for free.

Ordered, set delivery time, went to track during delivery window, ORDER WAS CANCELED WITH NO EXPLANATION, NO EMAIL, NO PUSH NOTIFICATION, NOTHING. Tried to call. Customer service closed before my delivery window was even open. Bottom line.... No groceries, no communication, no help.

I tried to order food from Ralphs in Long Beach on 4th Street and after about 2 hrs of trying to find the stuff I need (47items) I was trying to checkout and it first said today in 2 hours delivery, the moment I confirmed I got an error that this delivery is no longer valid and pick a new time/date. The earliest is set for April 4th and that didn't even work the same error message. What a colossal waste of time. All Vons and all other Kroger stores have the same issues. Don't promise what you can't deliver!!!
Edit: I was just at the store and asked about this and apparently the people delivering are on strike since they don't get any protective gear! How pathetic of this company!!!

Fresh Faire in Talega is top notch. Great during the Corona Crisis.
Kept me informed. Mid afternoon not too crowded. When they were out of ground beef, suggested they could grind some chuck for me. Lifesaver idea. Dinner saved.......................

Beware of buying gift cards. I purchased gift cards from Ralph’s Del Mar for my son’s birthday.one of which had already been used when he registered it online. The manager was not helpful, customer service is rude and told me if I used a bank card to pay for my groceries and there was a problem, I would have to deal with my bank, not them! Huh? I bought the card from Ralph’s, paid a Ralph’s cashier, they sold me something that was compromised and were insulting on the phone..Beware

Im so upset right now, just coming back from my shopping at my neighborhood Ralphs store, (27730 Santa Margarita PKWY, Mission Viejo)I had a wine box on sale on my cart, and I was charged regular price for it. As I payed with ATM visa, I asked for cash back...unbelievably, the manager came and not only did not agree to give me the overcharge back but also call me a drunk ! He (Max) ultimately reversed the purchased of my wine, took my wine back and gave me in cash what I had paid for the wine... I wonder if you are in business at all! You not only upset deeply and humiliated a local over 10 year client with overcharges and treats, but your highest representative,your manager Max shows totally worthless and threatening facing a simple reverse charge of $3.00. I will never shop at this store again!

Vegetables had a strange smell. Watch out everyone.

Went this morning to Calle/PCH Ralph's. Only self checkout was open. Was there with a blinking light for entirely too long. "Service will help you soon" was repeated over and over. A gentleman with a very vacant look told me, after I approached him, that the checkout woman would help me. She had checked me out before. She has consistently given off the vibe that I was inconveniencing her. Long, dark hair, with glasses. Worst service ever. You hate your job that much... QUIT!! Really stupid business strategy, considering Von's and S&F are less than a mile away. Staff more concerned with socializing than getting work done...I don't care if they are giving away free groceries... not going back.

Faithful costumer, how can their fried chicken actually be that good???

Today i went to Ralphs supermarket in Tustin Ranch Plaza, 13321 Jamboree Rd, Tustin CA 92782 .I spoke with the guy in the store about i want to return or exchange some snack i order from online because i already to contact ralphs customer service by phone and they give me the store ralph address or i can return any store. I looking some item for exchange and dont have, finally i decide return and the cashier call the guy name Mathew and the lady Gordern help cashier about my item return. They scan my item and have some problem and Lady Gorden impolite unprofessional bad attitude tell me no return because i am not buy this store and have to return back nevada where they ( Ralphs) ship to me . I told her i order from Ralph.com. Gorden don't care walk away turn the face back tease me. I was mad while i talk on the phone 18005764377 with the customer service in the ralphs store and Gorden she walk by me and said my name is Gorden try to tease me again made me mad. That was so bad my day because this is the first time i order online from Ralphs. I can't believe this store have a lady Gorden so terrrible service and i never visit this store or order online from Ralphs. Please retraining your service .

Bought New York strip steaks at Bundy Drive Los Angeles at $3.49 a pound. Great Buy - or was it? The reason for the low price, was that Ralphs bought a load of low grade steaks, that were tough, to sell at that price. They weren't advertises as "tough" steaks. They must think that we are stupid. I was deceived into thinking that those steaks were the usual ones they sold at a higher price. Be aware and remember that they reduce prices for a reason, to clear their stock of cheap produce - good profit for them and bad deal for you.

Lousy store in Westchester..they chase homeless away in wheelchairs more than I can count....mean store....

Last monday i went to a ralphs market on avalon and carson in the city of carson ca i was shocked no ralphs milk half gallons no eggs stale bread bagels every dept was lean.i threw out bread bagels.
I understand maybe they had a busy sunday but thats something else.everytime i go to that store i see not much work getting done.
I have to drive to 4th st in long beach to market at a well run ralphs

I went to Ralph’s yesterday to but guacamole and it was so sour I need to return it. I was so upset as I was craving this fresh made guacamole. I will no longer be shopping at Ralph’s again.
