I ordered their shampoo and conditioner. It did not do anything for my hair like they said. So I contact within their 30-day window for returns. It took them a week to get back to me. Then they said that my return was accepted and they sent me an RMA number. Then the very next day they sent me an email saying that my return was rejected because it was not within the 15-day return window. So I sent them a screenshot of their return policy of 30 days. They have not returned any emails.

Do not order from this company. I even checked on the Better Business Bureau website, and they have a rating of C-. Their customer service is horrible.

I am absolutely outraged by my experience with Rahua. They completely ignored every email I sent — not a single reply. There is no phone number, no way to reach them at all. This alone is shocking for a company of this size.

And on top of that, they sent me an expired leave-in treatment hair product with a batch code starting with 20. At the exact same time, another company sent me the same product — both arrived on the same day — and their batch code starts with 22, meaning it was NOT expired.

Sending expired organic products is unacceptable and potentially unsafe.
This company has zero customer service and zero accountability.

I absolutely do NOT recommend Rahua. Avoid them.
