Avoid order should have been delivered over a week ago, attempted to contact the company and no response, I’m giving them till Tuesday then will be informing trading standards. All the other comments on here saying the same are not a lie. Avoid.

Bumped into Anna’s TT live and I had to order. Everything came super quickly and is of amazing quality. She was super helpful in helping me pick out the right products and showing me her stuff. 10/10 will be back

Have ordered from this brand multiple times. The pieces are stunning and high quality, have received so many compliments on them. Delivery generally took less than 1 week on each occasion that I ordered. Would recommend this brand & Anna is absolutely lovely and does so much for her customers.

Scam shop. I ordered £80+ of jewellery at the beginning of July. I received an order confirmation but no follow ups or dispatch notifications. I emailed twice and received no reply and never received my items. Had to do a chargeback to get my money back. They're just straight up stealing people's money, I guess.

Terrible experience. Order took weeks to arrive, almost all emails ignored, when the jewellery did arrive it contained incorrect items and the item I did want was damaged. Very poor quality jewellery and service. Because I didn't receive responses by email I had to request a chargeback through my bank to get a refund.

I would give 0 if possible. No update on my order that was place in January! I have emailed the seller 3 times over the space of a month and still no response. Avoid this company if you want to spend your money on nothing!

Previous orders have been amazing. This time round not so much. Have raised a dispute via shop as no reply via email. One pair of hoops will not close or lock any longer. Just went to put in another pair of hoops and one earring won’t even open! What has happened to the quality? Really disappointed.

Ordered some earrings at the start of January and almost 3 weeks later they haven’t arrived, despite the postage saying 3-5 working days. Multiple emails have been sent and no reply.

Have purchased from this seller a couple of times, but never again. Horrendous customer service and cheaply made, faulty earrings. It’s a shame as they are lovely designs…but sadly they’re badly made. One earring clasp broke after being worn once, another earring had bits falling off it after wearing a couple of times. The seller completely ignores you, is completely ignorant and despite constantly being on social media will not reply to anything about faulty products.

I have ordered multiple times from this seller. When it arrives it’s lovely.
I have commented on social media, her personal account, commented on posts and also emailed multiple times.
My latest order never arrived, I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

It’s a shame, but never ordering from there again.

Awful experience, placed my order and it hadnt arrived within 2 weeks. I emailed and used social media to contact the sellar but no answer at all, no communication from her. Assumed the items were not being sent and that I was conned. Then 2 months later the items arrived. However the quality was poor and one earring was broken so of no use. I will avoid at all cost and not be ordering again

Having ordered from this website on multiple occasions I can confirm that the jewellery itself is lovely. However the customer service is horrific - I emailed 3 times, commented on various instagram posts and sent direct messages and did not receive any communication back. I never received my order and this company has stolen £70 of my money. I am now having to go through a claim back through my bank. Brand is great but if there’s any issue they just ignores you and sadly I won’t be ordering from this website again.

Seller is fine if you don't need to return something. I have followed the returns procedure as described and have had multiple emails ignored. She replies to my instagram comments saying she will respond and then never does (happened twice). At this point i'm convinced a refund is never going to happen. Disappointed as I have been a loyal customer.

I have ordered lots of pieces and I love everything so bought more! Beautiful quality, constantly get compliments about my pear earrings but my favourite is the pearl starfish necklace, it is beautiful! Fantastic quality and fast delivery. Very much recommend Radish and Pear 🍐 and Anna is lovely and so helpful 😊

Have been a loyal customer for around 3 years now, jewellery always more beautiful irl (didn't know it was possible). Love seeing the owner's process of her designs on instagram, makes it more special to know she designs them. Always my go-to jewellery brand

Awful company. She only seems to fulfill TikTok shop orders. Order on the website and you will either wait for weeks or not receive your order at all. She ignores all emails and messages to her social media but continues to post videos and stories. Stay clear 😡😡😡😡😡

Ive made 4/5 orders delivered no problem next order got cancelled and refunded last one been 2 months.. received no earrings messaged, emailed asking for my order or a refund ignored me do not use

Sent gold earrings instead of silver. Ignored initial emails from my husband (buyer) when order took ages to come, and have now ignored the email sent regarding the wrong colour earring. Paypal dispute opened.
