Hello,
Thank you for your message. We understand the emotions that can come with playing, especially when chasing losses. However, we strongly urge you to take a step back and remember that gambling should never be seen as a way to recover lost money. It’s meant to be entertainment — nothing more. Please consider using our responsible gaming tools to set limits or take a break. Your well-being is far more important than any game, and we're here to support you.
Best regards,

Hallo Lutz,

Good
I wasn’t sure if I should play on this platform at first — there are sites out there with higher ratings. But honestly, I ended up really liking it. I didn’t run into any issues at all.
I didn’t deposit a big amount, but everything I won, I was able to cash out with no problems — and that’s what matters most to me.

Hello, SSJ GOD!
We're very sorry to hear that you’ve had a negative impression of our platform. Please rest assured that RaceUp is a licensed online casino, and all operations are carried out strictly according to the terms and conditions you accepted when registering.
If you weren’t able to withdraw your funds, please don’t worry — this doesn’t mean you’ve been scammed. There is always a specific reason for a declined withdrawal (for example, verification not completed, bonus conditions not met, or incorrect payment details). In such cases, we always send detailed instructions and explanations to the email address you provided at registration, so we strongly recommend checking your inbox carefully — including the Spam or Promotions folders.
We also kindly ask you to contact our support team directly. You can do this easily through the live chat on our website or via the support request form. Our team will be happy to investigate your case, explain everything clearly, and help you complete the process. It's very important to us that every player feels supported and knows their issue won’t be ignored.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to resolve this situation and hope you might reconsider your rating once everything is sorted out. We’re always open to dialogue and committed to transparency.
Thank you for reaching out!

Servizio eccellente, ottimi bonus e pagamenti immediati – voto 5 su 5!
