Racecheck Anmeldelser

Great for promoting our events, helped to spread the word about our events to riders who would not normally have found us.

I have run this race every year always enjoy it, Good run and supported well. Thank you Challenging Events

We had a really good sales call with Rob_A and I believe this could be a great solution for my client runproject.org.

My first time to participate at kili trails, was awesome! Keep a good job up guys.

I suggest for next year to move the music stage at middle nearby the fire place location this will give a nice view for bars customers and surrounding tents to see what is going on the stage ( love music)

The customer service is over-the-top helpful and I love the interface and how it works seamlessly with our website.

Excited to partner with Racecheck to keep our reviews right on our website!!! Top notch service.

The Racecheck team are great, Rob has always been amazing at assisting us when needed. It's a great platform to gather reviews for our events and easy for runners to understand and use!

Transparent and swift sales representative helped us get started with this service. Easy to test the service before you buy it.

Racecheck’s review box on different event’s websites have become a symbol for quality. If you find events with nice reviews on Racecheck you can sign up safely knowing the organisers will deliver a good service.

As one of Racecheck's newest clients, Red Knot Racing Company is thrilled with the experience so far!

The initial demo call was clear and informative, and Rob was extremely flexible to make things work according to my calendar.

Since then, everything's gone smoothly from onboarding to asking past participants in one of our races for reviews.

It's been simple as well; they've provided us all the code to use, and even some sample templates if we needed them.

We've already got reviews rolling in, and the banner looks great on our first race website. We’ll soon roll Racecheck out to all our other events.

I'm passionate about delivering a great race experience for my participants and Racecheck is the perfect tool to show the running community how well we score. They are constantly striving to improve their service, and show that they really care about the events industry. If you want to show runners how great your event is, then you need to use Racecheck.

Great app and complement to our event surveys, as well as being super promotional tool for the event.

Great platform for receiving and providing feedback. It helps us as a brand to be in touch with our athletes and focus on the feedback they give to improve our event delivery.

From a developer point of view Racecheck is exactly what you want. Easily installed widgets that just work, look good and from a user point of view are simple.

Wish you did it for other things

Having entered the fourth year of running ultra-distance cycling events I wanted to have a reviewing system in place that allowed participants to give their feedback and for us to learn what they thought - something that is vitally important for us as we develop and grow as well as providing future participants with a useful resource to refer to when making their own plans for events to take part in.

Racecheck provides all these things to us and having used it in 2023 I am delighted with the feedback and knowledge we have gained and am looking forward to seeing how this in turn helps our sales and future events develop in 2024 and beyond!

As a very new international Triathlon event, now in our 2nd year. It is vital to us to be able to allow previous and future athletes the opportunity to share their experience of how we do and what we have to offer not only on an operational bases as Race Crew, but also on the overall experience, destination, adventure and also cultural experience - Because that is what Ironman 70.3 Rwanda is all about and not just another 70.3 (Half/Middle Distance) Triathlon.

Racecheck is exactly that, as "trip advisor" for race/events. The communication and support from Racecheck has been brilliant and so detailed, from introduction to launch and on a periodical bases. They have shared ideas with us to improve and develop, but also supported us to be develop their service and platform. Obviously it will take time for us to build the reviews and develop the event, however not necessarily to please everyone, but certainly acknowledge.

As an event organiser it is fundamental to be able to monitor and track the likes of our marketing and campaign activation, so I would like to see someone like Ironman certainly on board the likes of Racecheck and their service across their Global Ironman cohort. Thereby a Win Win for everyone to be able to see the benefits of these aspects of Sports Events Business and promotion.

We can highly reconmend Racecheck and look forward to working together going forward.

I've used racecheck over the last 12 months to gain taingible insights into my event and although to begin with you question I questioned the value in the platform, 12 months on I can't imagine running the event without it. Attracting new participants is key to any event to maximise bums on seats and this is one major weapon in our toolbox to do that.

Fantastic customer service. I needed to contact the Racecheck team to help with an amendment to one of my race reviews. Katerina responded almost immediately and was so quick and efficient in carrying out the task and communicating this with me. Very impressed with the level of service, speed of response and professionalism

We have been working with Racecheck for 12 months now and find the site really useful for collecting real life reviews from our runners!

We have been working with Racecheck since 2019 and had only positive experiences. In that time, online reviews and validation from others have become essential in all purchases, and race registration is no exception. To be able to show independent opinions of our events in a clear, concise way is essential.
Racecheck continue to develop and stay one step ahead.
