Racecheck Anmeldelser

Racecheck makes our post-race reviews easy! We find that runners are much more likely to reply to surveys on Racecheck than any other platform we've used. We get valuable feedback, and love the standardized rating system so we can see how our races compare year over year. Customer service has been fantastic and we always receive immediate responses to any questions or unique requests that we have.

Racecheck has been a huge value add for the Salt Pans Ultra Marathon. Travelling to the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans of Central Botswana is not a small undertaking especially from Europe and North America. All the positive Racecheck reviews by runners who have made the trip gives new runners the confidence to enter. It is also a great way to get runner feedback on how we are doing so we can improve every year. Love it!

We are enjoying working with Racecheck, who provide a highly valuable tool for gathering and showcasing authentic customer feedback. The reviews we receive not only help us understand the runner's experience but also offer an opportunity to gain deeper insights into the needs of our runners.

Rob Arkell's passion for data-driven development is evident, and his forward-thinking approach aligns perfectly with our own commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

We're proud to have been recognised with several Racecheck Awards. We believe the Racecheck platform fosters trust and accountability within the race industry, and we’re proud to be part of that mission.

Racecheck has been a gamechanger for our race - providing trusted reviews for those new to our race family. Working with the Racecheck team has been nothing but easy!

I use Racecheck regularly to gauge others experiences of races. Super useful resource and a great way of sensing what to expect at an event!

As an event organiser ourselves, Racecheck has been a great discovery, a trusted source of independent peer reviews from participants specifically for the challenge events industry giving us a space to showcase our credibility. The 'smart questions' are a real game changer as they provide a space for participants to share additional information about their experience with us which they may not have wanted to share publicly which has provided us with some great insights.

Very strange website. It does not accept reviews beyond a certain length, which is fine, but it doesn't tell you that ahead of time, or warn you, it just errors with "Enter your review" despite a wall of text being there. I only found out it was the length by trial and error; I kept removing stuff until it worked.

At that point my review was nonsensical, but once a submit has happened there's no way of changing it. Believe it or not, you can't edit, or delete your reviews.

There's also some very strange metrics it doesn't track, like why no rating for surface quality? Value for money? Instead we have abstract things like "Sustainability" (how can any participant possibly know this?).

It's a useful resource despite all that, but yeah...

EDIT: regarding the response. I actually tried to submit the review multiple times across a week, using different browsers, with the same error each time. I am sure I could recreate it now. I don't know if it is length or some control character or something else. Only your end has the means to diagnose this issue.

Sustainability: again, as participants we can't possibly know the reality of this from just looking at paper cups or whatever, but my point was more: why not allow ratings for surface quality, etc?

As for the edit function, obviously emailing support with review corrections isn't a practical system for a review site.

Racecheck make it simple to gather valuable post race feedback that is concise and usable. The team are innovative. Understanding the requirements of event organisers to request, analyse, and display their participants experience. We look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Racecheck has been our go-to platform for collecting participant feedback and promoting reviews. It makes it easy to engage with participants, offering effective tools like web-based widgets that help boost registration and increase our ROI. The data collection process is straightforward, and the support team is both responsive and knowledgeable, always taking the time to address any concerns I have. I highly recommend Racecheck to all race organizers!

Great company with really friendly support that guides you through the best way to use the product.
Highly recommend. 👊🏻

Reviews seem to be an emerging, powerful new marketing tool for athletic events to increase participation and to make improvements. Racecheck is on the cutting edge of it all.

Racecheck is a trustworthy review platform for mass participation events.

It offers participants an easy-to-use way of sharing their event experiences, and organisers with valuable marketing material and insights into how to develop their events for the better.

Racecheck is integrated with the RaceNation entry platform, which enables organisers to display their reviews at point of entry, and easily contact participants via SMS or email to secure reviews.

Great way to demonstrate peer to peer recommendations for our event.

Racecheck has been an extremely valuable tool for us to garner feedback from our racers, both positive and constructive, and publicly displays this feedback and our responses for anyone to see. This platform facilitates transparency - allows current athletes a platform to be heard (most of whom want to thank us for an amazing experience - but not always), makes us accountable (for the good and those things that can be improved), and provides potential racers the ability to review it all so they can make a more informed decision as to whether they will participate in our events.

The five star rating system is ubiquitous and easily digestible for broad level understanding, and the comments and follow up smart questions allow us to better understand what athletes value the most. We have received some excellent suggestions, many of which have been incorporated into our events - with small (and sometimes big) tweaks.

Without feedback, you putter along blindly, but when you have this level of information coming directly from participants, it confirms the good (which is awesome) and identifies areas for improvement that you might not be aware of.

Thank you, Racecheck for supplying a comprehensive, functional, attractive, and easy to use tool for us to gather feedback from our community. Racecheck Rocks!

We've been using Racecheck for all of our races (10 total) for less than a year and are already seeing some great results. In fact, one of our races received a gold top-rated event in 2023 which was really awesome to share the Gold Racecheck badge in our 2024 marketing. Rob has been a pleasure to work with, providing great customer service and it's super easy to set up and use all of their tools and widgets. I would highly recommend using Racecheck to grow your event traffic, increase registrations, and improve your event experiences.

I appreciate Rob and the team working with us and the existing limitations to our current platforms.

Rob and Lazaros have been really helpful getting us set up properly and utilising the reviewing features effectively.

ATW continue to work with Racecheck and we also continue to be impressed with all their new features as they are added. Their platform offers a unique space for our athletes to share experiences and reviews for our events. As the reviews are impartial we get to see honest opinions and can improve our service as a result. Racecheck have many great features on their platform which enables us to showcase the best reviews, which helps us to generate more race entries.

It's provided a way for us to collect useful feedback from our athletes!
