Bought a phone a year ago from them. Excellent service. My daughter cracked the screen, I enquired to see if they could fix it. They could! Sent it, waited 3 days, phone came back good as new. They done a fantastic job. Top notch customer service, even a year later

Top Quality Service
The Price of the phone was better than the competition, the condition was EXCELLENT and exactly as described, the speed with which it was despatched very good and the communication superb.
After a couple of days,, I decided the phone was physically to big for my day to day use and requested to return it.
The reply was punctual and polite and helpful, with no pressure to change my mind... which I then DID!
I can honestly say, it was a pleasure dealing with them and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Good phone overall, and def value for money
Phone arrived within the mentioned timescale. It looks great, hardly see a scratch. Been using it for 4 weeks now and still works well, oh sometimes voice messages are quite quiet despite turning volume up but that doesn't bother me and it's ok if I use headphones. Battery doesn't last day and a half like a new one, but it lasts one day which is good enough for me. I've activated battery saver option and it last more than a day.

Quick delivery, all good, except the earphones.
Quick delivery, phone in perfect condition. Early indications are that the battery is good too.
Edit: .... however, the supplied earphones are utter, utter rubbish. Literally the worst I've ever used. Terrible, terrible sound quality, uncomfortable in the ear, a complete waste. They're going in the bin. I tried them on two devices, and with and without the USB-3.5mm jack adapter.
I'd rather have paid a pound less for the phone and not received them. Or even not paid less, and not contributed to landfill. Seriously, there's no point supplying rubbish like this when the rest of your offering is so good.
That said, the 3.5mm jack to USB adapter might come in useful.

Do not buy from Qwikfone
Do not buy from Qwikfone. They do not refurbish phones properly.
We spent £100s on an iphone, but due to unforeseen reasons did not use it initially. When we did, the touchscreen quickly stopped working. Discovered this was because during the refurb Qwikfone used the wrong size screen and incorrect back plate, then didn't fit them properly.
Contacted Qwikfone, but they denied it and refused to help. If this had been a genuine error they would have wanted to put it right; their response suggests it is a scam.
We have wasted £100s on a phone that does not work.
My advice would be do not buy from them, it is not worth the risk when there are better, more trustworthy companies around.
UPDATE: the reply left by Qwikfone is not true. They did not offer to repair the phone as a good will gesture. Further confirmation they are dishonest and untrustworthy. Don't use them, buy elsewhere, it's not worth the risk.

TRUST them. I’ve have for over 5 years.
I’ve used these guys before to buy my iPhone8 from. They were great back then, so I tried again as I trusted them. I was NOT disappointed with my iPhone 13 from them. The phone was in Immaculate condition, and I mean IMMACULATE.
Their communications were First Class and nothing was too much trouble.
I’ve trusted them for years and would buy again and again from them.
Nobody is better !!

Why buy new when refurbished phones are this good?
Excellent phone. Hard to tell it's a refurbished one. Had it a week now, battery performance good, all great. No idea why anyone buys brand new when you can get such good refurbished ones at a fraction of the price. BTW, this is my second refurbished phone from QwikPhone. The other was equally as good, but I took it swimming. Try not to do that again

I bought 2 phones for my staff. They arrived the very next day and have come with no scratches, charger wire, plug, headphones and the sim-card tool. The phones were packaged very well and kept them in perfect condition.
