No Communication
Order a mobile 10 days ago, am yet to receive an update on the device despite it saying the order was on its way a day after i purchased it, I contacted the company via several different means and they were unreachable, cant understand how you aren't able to contact a company that you've bought from. They state next day shipping/delivery, but clearly i was misinformed

Order took longer than stated to arrive and was a different colour than what I ordered
The order took longer than stated to arrive. On the website it said next day delivery but it took 10 days to arrive. It was also a different colour than what I had ordered but as the rest of the specification was correct (correct model, storage and condition) the colour was not a big deal to me.

Horrendous experience will never buy…
Horrendous experience will never buy from them again. Item arrived fine and was only in a Jiffy bag with a sticker on with a clear plastic cover on the back. I charged it up and left it at home and used my friends phone until i had time to get used to what it did. After a week the torch on the back came on and wouldnt go off, I tried to re set the phone, rang Samsung and still no joy. Then the following day the fingerprint ID stopped working and so I asked for a refund and the website said they would offer me £67 refund??? Where in any other realm would you not receive a FULL refund within a week of it going wrong. Then the phone stopped working altogether and i couldn't switch it on. Quickfone said wipe my data off and send it back in the same packaging, but I told them i couldn't wipe the date off as i cant switch it on, in the end i put on Google to wipe off my data when they managed to get it going and sent it back with the clear cover on and in 3 Jiffy bags, the only thing missing was the sticker on the jiffy bag they sent, but they had all the details off the website. They then offered me £157 refund and i paid £220 as they said it was damaged and there is no way it could have been damaged as it never left my house all i did was put in my contacts and play a game and i never dropped it. Awful service and rubbish phone - don't use them. I took photos of the phone before i sent it back and they have never sent me any to say what the so called damage is????

Very reliable
3 months ago I bought (through Amazon) a Galaxy S22+ that was in perfect conditions as declared. Unfortunately few days ago the display started to display a vertical line. The customer support asked some photo then send a shipping label for returning the phone.
On september first they received it and the day after I've received a full refund.
Highly recommended

Amazing phone
Bought a refurbished phone from Qwikfone Via Backmarket. I am gob smacked at the quality of the phone, it was like new. Came with film on front and rear to protect it, Sim pin and cable. Packaged very well. All I can say thank you so much, I am more than happy & would definitely recommend these guys.

Très très mauvaise expérience avec plusieurs problèmes. Sur le produit : 1) non conforma à la description 2) Batterie qui se décharge aléatoirement donc non vérifié 3) reconditionné avec des composants bas de gamme. Sur le SAV, 1) ne resoud pas les problèmes en se cachant derrière de formulations polies qui à force deviennent moqueuses .... 2) Impossible d'avoir une facture conforme à la législation (pour éviter d'éventuels poursuites)

A very disappointing and frustrating experience.
We purchased a phone and received a faulty device right out of the box. To make matters worse, Amazon refused to offer any real support. They told us to return the phone and wait up to 14 days for a response.
After doing some research, I discovered that this business operates under two different names: QwikFone and Gadget Store. That immediately raised red flags. Many other customers have shared similar negative experiences — including not receiving refunds because the seller either claimed the phone was never returned or accused customers of damaging the device, leading to large deductions from the refund.
The entire process feels shady and untrustworthy. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.

Rotten company
Rotten company, avoid like the plague please. The phone they sent had a battery that would drain rapidly. When I returned the item, they claimed it was scratched. They sent a photo showing a scratch that could not have happened in transit. It was securely packed and I checked over both sides of the phone before sending back. Highly unscrupulous and good at fabricating a story to back up their claims.
It would have been impossible for the phone to be scratched as it was put in the cardboard box holder that was tight.
This a highly fraudulent company, please avoid as it will lead to frustration and having to deal with liars.

Good communication and support during return process
The phone came very quickly but wireless charging function wasn't working. I returned the phone and the replacement had different issues in that it periodically crashed and became very warm. The second phone was also returned and a refund has been issued. The returns process and communication was always good and I would use them again if they had the phone I wanted in stock.

I ordered a phone from this company thru backmarket I had it 2 weeks and the touchscreen stopped working so I sent it back straight away they tried denied my warranty which backmarket dis agreed with I'm nw waiting to even see if I get a refund last Wednesday .. 2 weeks the phone stops working and they have no remorse disgusting company. And people I have seen many reviews on this company bad ones which state the same so I would definitely stay well clear I still have no phone and I am down 220 pounds but this is how these people make money sell dodgy phones get u to send it back to not refund you and keep the phone
