I already cancelled my account and subscription, but they still charge me on my credit card.

Still waiting ans answer.

I’ve tried to cancel this subscription two mi the in a row and they’ve charged me each time. They send you a link through email to cancel. When you hit the cancel link it takes you to another page with a moving icon that never goes anywhere. I’ve done this 6 times now. I can’t get a customer service rep to talk to me, just automated emails. I’m going to have to block them on my credit card from further charges. Very disappointing.

Absolutely vile experience with the Mimika Face Yoga app. I cancelled my subscription and they STILL kept charging me. Its a complete scam.
The cancellation process is deliberately confusing, with no clear confirmation, and then they just continue taking your money like nothing happened. Trying to contact support is a waste of time — slow, dismissive, and totally unhelpful.
This company clearly doesn’t respect its users at all. Once they have your payment details, good luck getting them to stop charging you.
Genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money — stay far away.
There is no way to cancel this so be warned.

Nunca descargue la App ni la utilice ni autorice ningún cargo y al ver ayer un recibo compruebo que desde el 4 de enero me han cobrado 5 recibos , en total 169,55€ , he descargado la App desde App Store sin ninguna utilizacion y di al boton de baja de la suscripción y además envié un correo aceptado y sin respuesta , no entiendo cómo consiguieron acceder a mi cuenta bancaria e insisto No acercarse a Mimika yoga facial App hecha para estafar a no usuarios.

SCAM !!! They charged me 74$ for a monthly subscription that I never agreed to because I am not using the app and then refused to refund me if I didnt sent proof that I used the app for 14 days straight and that their program didn’t worked

I had the same experience with Mimika. They trick you into paying extra and explaining later. DO NOT USE

This company started billing me through PayPal. I have no idea what they offer or what they do. I have never had any service they provide, but I got an email today indicating a charge north of $50 and when I looked into it, they also charged me 6 months ago. I have no idea how they got approval for a recurring payment from my PayPal and I am locking down my account and trying to cancel, but customer support responds with an AI-generated message reminding me that I signed some document of terms and conditions that I DID NOT SIGN. I don't know what service they offer but they are a pure scam. I know I'm supposed to leave positive or "constructive" feedback and not just rag on a company but they're scamming me of my money. I have nothing constructive to say other than, "stop doing what you do".

Subscription traps. They will charge without knowing and there is no going back, no matter if you tell them you're not interested even before the payment. That's the way they grow. Nothing mental about it, Just a dirty trick with a rotten soul.

0 🌟 if I could, scamers !!! Trial scam that attach 2 different apps/ websites with same service and even if you cancel , you are paying next month!!! I am so sick of this ! Over 100£ taken from my account.. shameful behaviour 😔. Customer service 0 🌟 aswell for not solving nothing 😑 all communications with the is automated answer just for stealing from our hard work money.

Be aware !!!! They kept charging me a subscription fee even though I contacted them to cancel any subscription if I had any ( I was not even aware) and I didn’t even use the app. They kept charging me and did not refund the money.

Awful and very expensive experience! The app is very glitchy, the very simple exercises simply repeat (for example your so-called personalised program simply resets after 30 days so there is no progression or advancement in exercise). I was charged for additional services that I had not signed up for. I spotted it, query it, and got a refund! However the use of the app was automatically renewed and I was charged £60. I asked for a refund but was told that the 'no result money back guarantee only promises one refund' and here’s the snag - as they had already refunded me once for a mistake that was not mine- I couldn’t have my money back according to their policy. This is very unethical business, and the app is rubbish. Don’t go there!

Scam company. They billed me $17.99 - I believed it was a one time charge - then they charged me $44 a month for 5 months before I caught it. My bad. Now you are forewarned.

UPDATE 9/5/2025 - I officially despise this unethical, greedy, and incompetent company. After reaching out something like a dozen times, and only ever getting auto-responses from them, I have come to the conclusion that they don't care at all about their customers' issues, and that nobody is paying attention to their emails. Absolutely nonexistent customer service. Disgusting. I have had to deal with their fraudulent charges through my bank, and it has been nonstop headaches and inconvenience.

They have continued to charge my card repeatedly after I cancelled, for over $100 each time. I had only ever been on a month to month them but they decided to charge me for several months at a time each time. I am furious with them. I have had to get TWO new debit cards because of their repeated unauthorized and fraudulent charges to my card. Also, I don't know how they keep getting my card numbers, because I certainly never provided them. That is very shady and can't be legal. And no, I never paid with my direct bank account number.

They have inconvenienced me so much that I would give them negative stars if I could. And because they are based out of Cyprus in Greece, you can't file with the Better Business Bureau.

There are a ton of face yoga apps out there, don't bother with this one unless you want to be repeatedly charged with no relief. I may have to get a new bank account number thanks to this heinous company. So angry!
