Deeper, More Intelligent Approach to Beauty
I had a very positive experience with International Faceplastic and Osteopathy. Their approach is different from typical beauty treatments, it’s hands-on and focused on working with the structure of the face and body rather than just surface-level results.
The osteopathic facial and body courses were both relaxing and therapeutic. It wasn’t just a “massage,” but a deeper treatment working with structures of body to release tension in my face, jaw and posture. After using the principles, my face looked more lifted and balanced, and my posture also improved, it's the foundation of health and facial anti-aging work.
They have holistic philosophy: everything is connected: posture, muscle tension, and facial appearance. It feels like they are addressing the root causes rather than offering temporary fixes. I like that it's designed by a very experienced license doctor.
This is a great option if you’re looking for a natural, non-invasive way to improve facial appearance and overall alignment without relying on injections or machines, and those tools stay with you for life.

Whole body aging backwards

On the whatsapp group. The program not only covers the face. But the rest of the body, including the feet. And the pelvic floor because all of that effects your face. I am learning so much, and look forward to aging backwards

I have been using the Dr. ALES platform for more than six months, and I truly enjoy it.
What I find particularly inspiring is the wide variety of programs available — from facial massages, tapping techniques, and osteopathic-inspired methods, to body practices such as yoga and targeted exercises for different parts of the body. The content feels very complete and thoughtfully designed.

I think what is so great about this…
I think what is so great about this course is that you see results almost immediately. There are a lot of courses to choose from and that is helpful when targeting certain areas. However, the whole program focusing on the entire person is what is excellent about this program. We aren't just our face or wrinkles. The entire mind, body and spirit are addressed in the classes, and I think that is what makes this program shine above the others.

I started the “Secrets of the Female Body” program just 5 days ago, and I already feel a noticeable improvement in my pelvic alignment.
I’ve been dealing with chronic pain due to uterine issues, and for the first time in a long while, I feel like the heaviness in my pelvis is lifting. It’s honestly an amazing feeling.
I also received 7 days as a gift in the membership, and I will definitely continue.
The instructors explain everything so clearly, and there are live Zoom sessions every couple of days, which makes the whole experience even more supportive and engaging.

I’ve been so pleased with the in depth explanations, the array of content, and the effect these exercises have had on my well being and beauty. Yes you do have to put in work to reap benefits, but it’s natural and far less money than risky procedures and surgery.

Misleading subscription
I had a very disappointing experience with this service.
I was charged $47 for a subscription (“All-in-one club”) without clearly understanding that it was a recurring payment. The subscription terms were not presented in a clear or transparent way during signup.
Even worse, after the payment I did not receive proper access to the service. I had no account details, no clear instructions, and was unable to use the product I paid for.
The overall experience feels misleading — unclear subscription terms combined with lack of access to the service.
I had to contact support to request a refund and cancellation.
I would not recommend this service.

Very effective exercices and professional knowledge
I tried many face yoga apps and courses before discovering the Mindbodyface and I can confirm these courses are way more efficient. They just work. Some other face yoga courses or face fitness exercices made my problems even worse, so I decided to stick with the MindBodyFace courses only, and the difference was huge (in particular for jawline definition, nasolabial folds, puffiness and neck tension).
Also, Ales's website is definitely not a scam, the support team is very reactive and professional if you have a problem with anything (accessibility, payment, content, etc).

My entire experience has been positive
The what's app group has been very helpful in answering all my questions. I also saw results fairly fast with the Women's Body Secrets. My Posture has improved, my stomach is flatter, my whole body is more toned and even a bit slimmer. I have also noticed changes in my face.

Cancel my subscription immediately and stop any future charges. Do not register here. They Trap you for a 1$ Course and say you can cancel within 7 days before the next 47$ charge/monthly but you cant cancel in your profile there is only pause subscription, no cancellation optiopn, why? Only because you want to scam.
