Ordered online, the order was shipped internationally (there was no notice that it was internationally filled), and was stuck at customs for 6 days and counting. Tried to contact customer service and got an AI bot reply, and no ability to contact a representative. Awful service, don't buy online from them.

Do not bother placing an online order. Only half the order arrived, second part of the order expected two days later has never arrived this was over three weeks ago. Literally impossible to contact them via email (email on the website is incorrect) or by telephone. I finally got through to a bot and my query was going to be passed to customer services. Still waiting to hear. Very disappointed, this was suppose to be a Xmas present, and due to the fact that there is no means on contacting them I’m unlikely to receive a refund. Waste of money.

Packaging good and I was worried about the logo being on the parcel but it wasn't so my husband didn't know what I'd bought him. Lovely products and delivery was within 5 days close to Christmas.

Amazing!!!! I had to order in a rush as its Christmas in a few days and they sent my item out next day for me after I emailed them asking for a speedy dispatch if they could 10/10

Quicksilver is quality - the cord trousers are well made and will last. They are really comfortable and stylish and wore one pair straight away.

It’s becoming difficult to find well made clothing, made from cotton. Quiksilver products fit the bill perfectly.

Nice shorts. Nice light material. Not sure how well they’d last being so light especially as they are very expensive. Great fit.

Purchased quite a few things and a t-shirt arrived damaged. Emailed straight away and it took 2 months for a response. They then refused to refund as "it had been worn" and wasn't in packaging despite only coming in clear bag. It had not been worn and now waited a further three weeks for a further response which is unlikely to come. I wish I had seen the reviews first as never known a refund process to be so frustrating, another tshirt has since got a hole in it so although used to rate Quiksilver would highly recommend any other company over them as the odd occasion when returning items other companies are more enjoyable than slamming your head against a wall.

I returned some shorts on 20th August 2025 and STILL no refund (order #12679693) 4 weeks later. Have contacted them 4 times but never any response, absolutely disgusted.
Customer service appalling, Will have to take it to a small claims court if no response this week. AVOID!!!!

I returned some shorts that didn't fit on 29th July 2025 and Quicksilver customer service have ignored all communication from me.

I will never use Quicksilver ever again, just horrible to deal with and terrible service. A true American rubbish company.
