I was greatly Miss informed, during my Visa application I was not told I needed travel insurance that Covers the whole Schengen countries and that I needed a letter heading from my job starting why I am going to Belgium and when I will be coming back.I was not also told I needed a substantial amount of money in my account at the point of application. 😞 I was not informed of all this and now I am calling the unprofessional Emma I am being told to wait for the sales team. Please do not I repeat do not use this company they don’t know what they are doing. I have wasted money and no form of apology or sympathy from them. If you decide to still give this people your money after reading this, then you have yourself to blame.

Very disappointed with the service and highly unprofessional experience. I applied for a Latvia visa through this company and provided all the correct documents, including hotel bookings for Latvia. However, due to a careless mistake from their side, they wrote “Lathvinia” instead of “Latvia” in my application form, which led to my visa rejection.
What made the experience even worse was their unprofessional customer service. They did not attend calls for a long time, communication was poor, and the staff behavior was rude when I tried to follow up regarding my application. Visa processing requires accuracy, responsibility, and respectful customer support, but unfortunately, I experienced none of these.
This mistake caused me stress, wasted time, and financial loss. I trusted them with an important process, but they failed to handle it professionally. I would advise others to be very careful before using this service.
