Was a bit skeptical about their services as I came across it on instagram but because I needed an appointment urgently I took my chance with their services and it was smooth. Received a multiple entry visa as required and happy to recommend their services to anyone who wants an appointment or help with their application. Sarah provided some documents as part of the process and filled all the forms online for me . All I had to do was show up at the application center, do biometrics and submit my docs . One week later I got my passport back with visa . No problems just slow comms sometimes but overall good experience and service

We were looking for Schengen visa appointment and had contacted these folks for the same. Initially they were very responsive. We wanted France visa which was not available - so they suggested Iceland to us. But then they could not deliver on Iceland appointment also in our given timeframe and place. After the initial discussion - there was a gap in communication. We had to follow-up multiple times. Overall we did not have a good experience with them. We had to drop our plan for summers and we asked them not to proceed further with our visa appointment and asked for the refund of initial deposit(which we received in almost 2 weeks).

It was my first ever Schengen visa application and got my visa in 2 weeks time as it was committed by them. Their agen (Ms. Nancy) took the lead and finalrd everything. Overall, I am happy with the services provided. Thank you Ms. Nancy.

Very disappointed with the service I received from Quick Holidays for my Iceland visa application.
On the day of my appointment, I discovered that Form 2 didn’t work and called them quickly, turns out it was deleted from their system.
Ultimately , i had to complete it myself at the visa centre, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I was also given what appeared to be a generic itinerary for me and my partner rather than a properly linked travel itinerary. I had doubts about whether it was suitable for our application but trusted the agency's expertise. Unfortunately, those doubts were justified, as the itinerary ended up affecting my application.
The purpose of using a visa agency is to avoid these kinds of issues. Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers apply by themselves and carefully check all documents themselves before their appointment.
