I stumbled upon quick car finance when looking for a way to finance buying a new car. I filled in a quick form and was contacted the next day by Laurent. After 10 minutes talking to him I had the finance approved and he found me a car and made sure the garage was selling it as advertised. And said he would be with me every step of the way!!
That’s where his helpfulness stopped. The brakes on the car weren’t working properly and After a diagnostic on the car it was deemed dangerous and I shouldn’t drive it. Laurent told me to call the warranty company and I was then passed to after sales and Laurent washed his hands of it. Lara from the after sales team called me and I explained the issues and that I would keep the car if all of the issues were fixed, I forwarded the diagnostic report and advised that if the repairs weren’t covered by the warranty, I would be rejecting the car. After 2 weeks of waiting with no communication and having problems and expenses of getting to work, as I had no car, I tried to get in touch with them but they were now ignoring me and not returning my calls or replying to emails. In the end I contacted the warranty company and sent them the report from the diagnostic and they approved the repair which was a new anti-roll bar costing £709 I then called the dealer Amy from Chesterton Motor Group, who was lovely and we sorted out the rest of the issues between us she and asked me to keep them up to date with the car.
I would never use QCF again as once they have you signed up to an agreement, they don’t care about you anymore. I had to sort this myself and it caused me so much anxiety and stress and time off work and they didn’t care or help me in any way at all.

Jordan was very professional and helpful. Excellent communication keeping a person regularly updated on progress and never felt pressurised into anything.

What an amazing experience with Steve Mitchener! He made buying a new car an absolute breeze I was very unsure on how to go forward buying a new car and he honestly was so amazing in helping me, explaining all steps which was very very easy! Just got car finance with quick car finance - Callum Turner Whittle went above and beyond. Being self employed is always tricky arranging my finance but it was so quick and so easy that I was in my new car 2 days later.

Everything was arranged for me and the car was even checked over to make sure I wasn’t going to drive away with problems.

I am not the easiest customer but his patience was impeccable.

Quick car finance are very transparent so aslong as you can afford everything personally you are not going to be hit with hidden fees.

Will definitely use them again.
