Prompt processing of scheduled order, filters easy to change. I always descale the boiler when I change the filters. Delivery is quick but this time courier changed from DPD to EVRI who don’t advise a delivery slot.
Aquataps have always been a first class company to deal with, highly recommend

The tap is exceptionally high quality.
Excellent 4 in 1 functions.
Hot temperature is perfect for hot drinks.
Customer service excellent with Aquatap.
Fitter sent provided an excellent professional fitting service.
I would not hesitate to recommend the product or company.

The flow rate in the filtered water tap is very slow- water bottles can't really be filled with it asit takes tooo long- else its a good tap

Unfortunately the tap did not look right in our kitchen as it was too tight a fit underneath the cupboards. The build quality of the tap is fantastic and the Customer Service has been excellent right from the start. Quick responses, very helpful. I would not hesitate to buy from Aqua Taps in the future.

The item was was left at a different address on a bin, we had to go looking for it. I appreciate you don't carry out deliveries but you do employ the delivery company.

Very pleased with our 4 in 1 aquatap. It looks good, the filtered water is great and love having instant boiling water for hot drinks. Very efficient and without the clutter of the electric kettle and time waiting for it to come to the boil. The only slight downside is the tap for the boiling water is stiff to turn and hold, it takes a bit of getting used to and may be a problem for people who suffer with arthritic hands.

We got an aqua tap digital 5in1 with our new home and it wasn’t really clear how to get all the features working. I reached out to the aqua tap team and they couldn’t have been more resourceful. Great to speak to real people that can walk you through things, in my instance it was getting the co2 sparking water feature turned on. I had Sean help me and he even went the extra mile to ensure in my order I got all the spare parts to ensure a successful experience. As for the tap, we can’t fault it, functionally and aesthetically it’s a winner.

Having the tap has made life a bit easy for my family. This is one of the essential features my kitchen has now, thank you

Avoid this brand at all cost.

Just over 3 years we have had this 4-1 boiler tap, the boiler has failed. I subscribe to the filter recharges every 6 months. The boiler starts to heat and then turns itself off, I talked to customer support who advised to de scale it. I followed the instructions. Still no joy as soon as it turns on it kicks off and dies. Spoke again to customer support who have said it’s likely an internal fault to the heating element. Nothing they can do as it’s over warranty. They offered me a new one but I’ll have to pay £200. Absolute joke. I will go with a different brand as they don’t seem to valve there product lasting over 2 years. My brother was about to buy one as well. Now I will make sure he doesn’t go with this brand. Why would anyone pay £200 for something that doesn’t last over 3 years ? It’s not like the filter option is cheap either but we pay the subscription. Would rather loose a customer than replace there faulty product. It’s a lot of money and I have followed all the maintenance recommend. If you want something that last don’t buy this. 3 years is not a durable product. £572 down the drain. Customer service no help. If I made a product and it was an internal fault I would want the product back find the problem and correct it and make sure it’s a better design for the benefit of my customers. Just avoid this it was meant to save us money in the long run but end up being an overpriced tap now.

So after spending £572 on the 4-1 taps system

£360 on filters a new set every 6 months

This is the company stance they know it has issues as many people need to take out the 5 year warranty

Who wants to pay £932 for something to break 3 years and 1 month in. They don’t sell replacement elements because it’s makes abroad and Imported in. I have to spend another £200 ? That’s a good will gesture after spending all that money with this company

Make your mind up for yourself £932 for 3 years seem worth it ? I don’t think so. And how much would it be if you have to pay for the extra warranty ? Choose another brand save yourself the headache.

Further update *

To say they don’t know about this issue is back tracking to save face. On the call with customer services after the de scale didn’t fix the problem, even thought they said it’s a slim chance as the issue is when it turns on starts to heat and trips out ? The customer services employee said it’s clearly a problem with the heating element, strange they have suggested that without seeing it. It seems to be a trend with this company when you look at bad reviews they either blame the customer saying they haven’t changed filters or they misused it.

Poor that they can’t build something that lasts

I changed the filters on Saturday morning and could not get the leak to stop. I contacted the team via e-mail and was informed the technical team would get back to me on Monday. However, within minutes I had a reply from Alan asking if he could call me straight away.
He had looked at the e-mails and decided it could not wait till Monday and called to offer immediate assistance - which he did.
I have had the taps for a couple of years and have sought advice before. Each time they have come back to me more than willing to help or offer advice - more than happy to recommend the Company and Alan and his team...Alfie

Excellent service! Professional and nothing is too much trouble. Reasonably priced for an outstanding product. I ordered on Thursday, arrived on Friday and I fitted the Tap on Saturday, with the help of the on-line installation video, which was really easy to follow. Everyone that has come over, have all commented, on how great the tap looks. I've recommended Aquataps to family & friends.

Tap looks stunning , not installed yet as new kitchen not in till end of march but took advantage of sale price. It's my dream tap so can't wait to start using it. Certainly looks expensive . Quick delivery also.

I’ve been using the AquaTaps 4‑in‑1 boiling and filtered water tap at home for the last six months and it has slotted into daily life really well. It replaces the kettle and separate water filter jug, so worktop space is noticeably clearer and everything (boiling, hot, cold and filtered water) now comes from one neat fixture.
The boiling function delivers instant near‑100°C water for tea, coffee and cooking, which is genuinely handy when you’re in and out of the kitchen all day. Filtered cold water tastes clean and has completely removed the need to buy bottled water, which is a nice bonus for both cost and plastic waste. The tap itself feels solid and well‑built, and after half a year of use there have been no leaks, performance issues or annoying quirks to report.
Safety has also been thought through, with the dedicated control for boiling water helping to avoid accidental activation when you just want standard hot or cold. From an energy point of view, only heating what you need, when you need it, is more efficient than repeatedly boiling a kettle, which fits well if you’re trying to run an efficient home.
The only negatives so far is the price of the replacement filters, which are on the pricey side given they are designed to be changed about every six months. That said, when you look at the overall package, the tap itself comes in at less than many of the big‑name boiling‑tap brands while still offering a full 4‑in‑1 feature set, so in context the running cost is easier to justify. Also the convenience of having boiling water on tap means I don't think i will ever be able to go back to using a kettle ever again!
Overall, after six months I’m very happy with the AquaTaps 4‑in‑1: it’s convenient, tidy, and feature‑rich, and aside from the slightly expensive filters there’s really nothing to complain about at the price point.
