Google Ads
We have been using Quartile for over a year and a half now, and we have absolutely no complaints. Their team is well equipped to handle any idea we have. Carolina and Adrienne specifically have helped us build amazing Google Ads campaigns that continue to perform very well with fantastic ROAS. Our regular check-ins help us stay on track of our performance and allow us to pivot if needed. Everything is very transparent as we can look into the results ourselves.

Bad service & clueless manager
I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but this one truly deserves it.
I stayed for the trial period paying around £500 a month, they were spam calling me for months prior to joining - I should've seen that as a red flag.
My account manager was completely clueless about my products & failed to target the right audiences, therefore tanked my ads and wasted a lot of money in the process.
Once I mentioned canceling to my account manager, he completely stopped replying to my emails & failed to show up to our meeting, which is the second time.
I'm still waiting for them to cancel my subscription & refund me.
I had a better experience with Xmars (now Xnurta) and will probably go back to them.

Our discounted trial period is specifically designed to give new clients an opportunity to evaluate the platform and begin optimizing campaigns. However, due to the nature of data-driven advertising, it can sometimes take more than a few weeks to see consistent, scalable results. We wish we had the full opportunity to complete the trial and make the necessary adjustments to move toward your goals.
We’re escalating this case to a director, who will be reaching out shortly to gather more information and work toward resolving the issue.
Strong Partnership with Excellent Support
We've appreciated the support and insights provided by the Quartile team. Mariana, in particular, has been an outstanding point of contact — she's responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. The platform’s automation has helped streamline our Amazon PPC efforts, and the regular check-ins keep us aligned. We’d love to see even more proactive insights based on performance trends and clearer attribution of how specific optimizations impact our results. Overall, it’s been a strong partnership, and we’re excited to keep building on it.
