Quantum Immigration helped me to receive my permanent residence and British citizenship. It is expensive but really worths the money you pay. I did a very thorough research before deciding to go to them and they didn't disappoint me. Their service is fast, they know what they are doing and they are very efficient. Friendly people, very organised and very convenient location. Highly recommended; I have already sent some of my friends there for advice.

I have a positive experience with the Quantum Immigration. Customer service provided by the Senior Case worker is excellent. She communicated timely and supplied adequate and accurate information regarding the ILR applications process which made me happy. I never had to wait to get response of my queries from her.

Not to be trusted with important documents.
The first impression was excellent. Sharan collected all the original documents and I obtained my British Citizenship but the role of any immigration advisor / lawyer is not complete until they have returned all original documents to you.
Quantum has failed in their duty of care to make sure all documents I submitted were returned. They failed to even notice that a document had gone missing. They did not cross check returned documents from the UK Home Office against their own checklist of submitted documents and this meant they were unable to take immediate action.
I followed their complaint procedure and after repeatedly writing to them on this matter they were unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion. In the end I had to report them to the regulator, the OISC, who investigated the case and concluded that they had indeed failed in the code of standards.

I worked with Sunny on my wife's visa application, the service was good as the Sunny filled the application and walked through all the required documents, to make the application successful.
So I am very happy and proud of working with Quantum Immigration, they are very professional and they have very good service.
