For any potential client, you would only receive communications from us if you engaged with the onboarding process which comprises of 18 voluntary interaction points, there was no obligation for you to initiate and/or continue with the onboarding process including an opt-in digital signature capture with instructions and an explanation in relation to our 14 day cancellation process and potential compensation deduction, to ensure complete transparency in the process; this offers potential clients with multiple opportunities to review, engage with, and submit relevant information should they wish to proceed with a Diesel Emissions claim.
Before any clients can join the claim, we need their express permission to digitalise their signature. You voluntarily provided us with this express permission and at no point where you obligated to do so. Without this permission, you would not have received any legal paperwork relevant to a Diesel Emissions claim.
We offer a ‘No Win No Fee’ arrangement, so if you don’t win your case, you won’t have to pay anything. Our fees are 40% + VAT which will be taken from your compensation in the event the claim is successful. For your full protection, every client is given an ATE insurance policy of £200 - only payable upon a successful outcome and is standard across the sector.
