I was skeptical about the platform initially. but I was wrong. Amazing platform and Amazing Support. Whenever I had issues, they jumped on them and resolved them for me even if it was my issue with the learning curve.

I am an 82 year young American, living and trading from Italy. Learning a new trading platform is about as fun as changing wives. After using Sierra Charts, for many years and having constant problems with Rithmic and Sierra's customer service attitude, I reluctantly decided to change. I chose Quantower after experiencing zero problems with Rithmic during the free trial. I asked if they would help me get set up. I just finished a three-hour session with Artur, who set my charts up nearly identical to Sierra Charts, customizing every detail the way I like. He is absolutely professional and totally knowledgeable of every feature of the platform. The platform is a powerhouse but light as feather for your computer. NEVER BEFORE HAVE i EXPERIENCED SUCH OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you, Artur, for saving me many hours and much agony.

Platform is powerful with many advanced features but also user friendly. The developers regularly update it with new features, and improvements to existing features. Customer service is excellent, very easy to get through to and very helpful.
