Quantower so far I am happy with. If you have an issue they respond fairly quickly. Been a trader for a long time and so far so good with quantower

Team aren't actively updating the software, it has many glitches, as I'm pretty sure this is a off the shelf purchased app being resold.

whilst its not the worst app in the world, its not suitable for trading professionally specially if your scalping as there's constant non sense errors every time I want to buy or sell which causes me to miss the trade, or it just puts me off not knowing if the order is executed or not as conflicting messages start popping up. I only used it for its "local orders" which sometimes work, and today I just had enough, as its not worth it anymore even though I'm using the full version for free.

The worst experience I had was with quantower in almost 5 years of trading using a lot of platforms. the app is not that perfect and their support is very very bad, they don't care about customers, may your are happy with them but I which you to never face any problem if happened they will shows you their real face.
I had a problem, when I opened an order it closed by itself after 1 to 2 minutes I closed the application, restarted my PC, restarted my internet connection etc ... and each time the trade closed by itself after 1 to 2 minutes, when I contacted the live chat he told me maybe your account was liquidated by the profirm?? my god he was stupid as hell, then he connected to my PC to see what happened (to put it simply it's everyone's fault except quatower)
"Evgeny" is the worst and stupidest support person I had to talk with in my entire life
Once again, as long as you didn't have a problem you would be relatively satisfied at the slightest problem they will .......
at the price they sell their applications you can have 1000000000 times with a descending support.

instead of finding a solution and telling me what to do "Evgeny" after fiddling with my PC via anydesk, treated me like a child and told me next time contact us quickly now it's too late, Really ?????, it would have been wiser if he told me that my problem required the intervention of an expert, I would have understood.
I am a polite and a respectful person, I am sure you access to the chat historical, you can check by your self and let see what you would describe his answers and how he treated me ??

Would prefer to have a lower tier lifetime license just for the advance order placing strategy, for basic stuff like breakeven trailing levels. the other tools are quite useless.

The support was on top of it. Evgeny made sure to resolve my issue and I'm glad it got fixed. Appreciate the work you guys do and looking forward to using your platform

Im not really sure where to begin but there customer service is off the charts (pun intended)! All jokes aside I have only had the platform freeze once and 10 mins later there support fixed it. Try that with Ninja Trader and I will take atleast a day to have it resolved. Ive used a lot of different platforms and this is a good one but its there lightning fast customer service that will actually remote in and fix an issue or help you with a setting, basically anything you need they are at your service. I wish the hours were longer but if you give Quantower a try you will either be happy or verry happy. I own my Ninja platform and have been with them for 5 years but every time there is a problem they blame it on the 3rd party indicators and they want you to replicate your work space and add one indicator at a time whenever you have an issue. I had them tell me " Its like buying a truck at Ford and going to a yard sale and buying parts for it" I said no "its like going to Ford and buying a truck and going to Ford.com and buying parts( 3rd party indicators), you sell them on your website!". Today was my first day I ever had a real issue with QT and it was fixed so fast I realized after 5 with years with NT Im officially done with them and am only going to use AMP and QT.
Keep up the good work QT! Please get inverted charts asap and be able to attach stop losses to indicators!

Jsem z české republiky a s QT jsem měl první zkušenostiu. Jednalo se o nepřijímání dat z burzy. Support z QT byl velioce ochotný a pomocí vzdáleného připojení jsme problém vyřešili. Připojení bylo bezpečné a jednorázové a měl jsem ho osobně pod kontrolou. Problém byl vyřešen během 5 minut a řekl mi přesně co mám dělat.

I am from the Czech Republic and I had my first experience with QT. It was about not receiving data from the stock exchange. Support from QT was very helpful and we solved the problem using a remote connection. The connection was secure and one-time, and I had personal control over it. The problem was solved within 5 minutes and he told me exactly what to do.

I contacted the Quantower support service in complete confusion.. (By the way, it is very convenient, you can go to the help directly through the application and choose a convenient way to communicate. Via chat on the website, via telegram, Skype, etc.) My exchange "ByBit" has updated accounts and something went wrong. My API key was not suitable for the Quantower trading platform. The connection did not occur and error number 10001 came out. I am an active trader and I need to be constantly online and monitor the market situation. And I couldn't do it because of the updates. And Evgeny asked for a couple of days for a more detailed study. Two days later, he emailed me with good news. It turned out that they managed to solve this problem. I downloaded the beta version of the update and everything worked! I was happy) And now I can use the gorgeous platform without any problems. Best trading platform out there for order flow. Tons of customizability and great tech support; extremely fast response and fix. I reached out to them regarding an issue i encountered only to find out that it was a bug, but less than 15 mins later they contacted me saying they fixed it! Thank you Artur and the dev team for the prompt fix.

I was looking for a platform like this for years.

I heard the name before but never tried them out and when i did i was shocked and blown away. Its like it was made for forex traders who now moved to futures. Its perfect and the best part is their customer service this guy named athur is always there to help and goes the extra mile

I have invest here slmost 3000 and they said after 2. Hours that i have got 80+ profit but i must have to deposit the transaction fee first almost 25400 and after that i can be able to withdraw my money
But I don't have enough money to deposit the transaction fee and they never told me before about the fee
Means that i lost my 3000,
