Contacted them regarding 2 issues I was having in the last week. One they remotely connected and corrected. The other appears to be a DNS issue impacting my region. Both were corrected quickly.

I was originally offered a free-ish limited version of Quantower through Topstep. I originally downloaded it just to check out the new option that was available to me. I started messing around with the order flow tools and the extensive customization options, and it was soon a tool that was always open, any time I was trading. Eventually got sick of the limitations of that version and sprung for a fuller featured version I could plug historical data into.

I use it because it combines most of the functionality of Jigsaw and Bookmap into one platform that ends up being less expensive than either. Leaving only SierraChart as a viable competitor, which has a massive learning curve and takes a ton of time and or money to buy templates to set up, and maybe it's shallow but is wayyyy uglier - Quantower's charts, properly set up, are the most aesthetically pleasing in the industry that I am aware of.

And it's the best supported trading product I have ever owned, think ThinkOrSwim availability but they're willing to jump on your screen and show you exactly how to do whatever it is you're struggling with. Even when I was just connected through a prop firm, Vadym and Evgeny always read my long ass messages and got to the bottom of my issue. Embarrassingly, several times I have suggested features only to find out that my great idea is already implemented into the platform and I was just looking in the wrong place. The extensive help they have provided me every time I've needed it is the main reason I bothered to take the time to write this review. This is an affordable, polished product with excellent support staff in an industry that is known to overprice and under support everything.

My gripes with QT are fairly minor. May not be an issue for average user, but I keep three bookma- i mean, dom surfaces, three footprin- i mean, cluster charts =D and three doms running at all times and during high volume interacting with the platform (dragging / zooming) can get a bit slowed down. The memory / cpu usage could use some optimization in my non expert opinion. That said, in terms of the data display not totally seizing up during high volatility it is the best of the four platforms I have used. The higher memory usage might be just be the price you pay for having crisp high resolution charts, and if I was given the choice between the way it is now or my charts looking like they come from windows 95 (looking at you sierra) but no lag resizing windows and a little less cpu / ram usage I would stick with my beautiful charts. Literally 2/3s of the images I post in trading discords are followed by someone asking me what platform I am trading on, that's how sexy these charts are.

Overall, if you know me from Topstep's discord you know that QT should put me on the payroll as a sales rep. I use and recommend it daily.

It can be a nightmare connecting various prop firm accounts to copiers and having to deal with different trading platforms and compatibility. Quantower is THE model for customer service. They are extremely quick, responsive and know their product inside and out. The platform is extraordinarily complete and robust; it is suitable for any level of trader.

I have been doing crypto trading through quantower terminal.

I have used all other options as well, but the modules they have (copy trading, volume analysis, strategy tester) are top notch.

One more important thing is they listen to the feedback very actively and implements them, which was missing from other softwares i experienced as there are some bugs and improvements always required as per personal usage.

I had an amazing customer service, they used the any desk software to take control of my computer and did everything for me, I am very satisfied, thank you ! :)

Based on my experience using four different terminals over the past ten years, I can say that the Quantower trading platform is the best solution for trading and chart analysis that I’ve ever used. I especially like how chart trading is organized and the clean, minimalist design. It offers a full range of indicators, options trading, footprint charts, and market profile for all possible data types, along with a fairly complete set of drawing tools.

As for drawbacks, I’d mention some confusion around setting up workspaces across multiple screens (they use their own “bundle” system, which you’ll need to learn at first), the limited functionality of chart linking (for example, you can link charts by color, but showing graphical objects needs to be enabled separately in chart’s settings), and the fact that the platform relies on your computer’s CPU rather than the GPU.

That said, I’ve never encountered such a favorable balance of usability and quality versus drawbacks in any trading terminal in all ten years. I’m very satisfied and have preferred Quantower for over two years now.

Support is top notch. Evgeny and others just on the call right away and have needed them to help me set a few things, like diff funded account setups, etc.

Far better than other platforms I've tried. Platform is still developing, but from a support standpoint and an execution standpoint, I've not had any issues. I was having an impossible time with NT8, and especially using multiple prop firms and trade copying in particular.

Been far better in QT.
