Evgeny's remote support was fantastic. I was so frustrated with an issue that I was having with 2 of my computers and he as able to remote in to both of them at the same time and resolve both issues with both of my PCs with lightning speed. Thank you!

few issues but overall good platform

The first time i used this platform was 9/13/2023, It is a great platform with tools that that are available to help you succeed in your trading journey, the funny thing is i became a better trader when i started using this platform, and after the recent update the platform loads up ten times faster, considering i use 3 monitors, that is a lot of data loading and now it loads up way better, i love it. I use Amp Futures version, but I'm sure in the near future i will pay for the life time paid version from the website so i can connect to different data feeds, in my humble opinion it is definitely worth it, i have tried many platforms in my over 14 years of trading and this is the one for me that made things better, i also love creating my own indicators in C# on Quantower, im ready to figure out the algo side of things next.

I have the feeling that Quantower is underestimated. I tried several Future trading platforms before, which made me rage quit due to laggy server connections, lost templates and bad chart window arrangement. I love that you can generate multiple tabs with your charts. It is easy to use and to customize. Furthermore it has many helpful inbuild features. Customer support is great and is feeding the ideas and critics to the development team! I am missing inverted charts, but maybe they will be available soon as well.

I am using it for free with AMP Futures. The only issue I see is that in seldom cases the volume profiles are build wrong (however this could be also due to the datafeed). Also I struggle with historical volume profiles a bit, what probably would require to get another data feed and the Quantower full version.

hey am trying to ask in the discord for help ,we cant get in contact with no one at all, why is that, i go on your site to buy a subscribtion, i acess that part so fast, with ease, but when it comes to customer support we have to email you guys ,kill an entire day or 2 for one reply that still aint helping ,if we aint having a one to one chat, do the ceo look into these thing,is only the subscribtion matters? i need help and nothing, i hafto search on utube to try find any videos that can relate to my issue, is this the CEO vision he saw when there creating the busness, lagging customer service?, i wont get an reply till another day for this issue, put your selves in our shoes as the consumers, you need a dedicated customer support team too, not just the platform, look at my messages, the time for reply will be hours latency, you dont value time? we do as well, as the company grows so is the support staff too, let the CEO HIMSELF go as a different user and messsage in the discord and see how long till his reply is, these are succesful men, how you wont value someone else time?

I’ve been using the Quantower platform for almost two years, and I’m consistently impressed with their support. Whenever I run into an issue I can’t solve, I simply click the “?” icon on the top-right menu bar and select Live Chat. A browser window opens, and within seconds, the process to begin chatting with support begins. You enter a bit of basic info, and the system tells you how long the wait will be.

The support agents are knowledgeable and fast. They often offer to connect via AnyDesk to resolve the issue directly on your computer. They provide the link, you share your unique address code from the AnyDesk window, and after you click “Accept,” they connect instantly. You can literally watch them move the cursor and fix the problem in real time while continuing to chat through the support window.

The first time, the process felt almost too fast — but by the second time, it was simply a pleasure to watch their efficiency. During the New York trading session (I’m in Canada), I usually get a response within 5–7 minutes or less.

I haven’t come across a support team better than Quantower’s — they’ve truly set the standard for excellence and efficiency in customer support.

VADYM literally answered everything question to max potential and i got everything i need. he has literally saved me so much time by helping me via remote software to set up my quantower.
