Haven't received the item yet but the customer service (Akiva) was prompt, helpful and a good communicator.

Everyone at Quality bath are professional, but Akiva goes above and beyond. He is always attentive, knowledgable, and precise, while processing orders at lightening speed!

This is a top-notch company to deal with. There was a manufacturing defect with one of the door locks I purchased, and Chaya was incredibly proactive and helpful in following up and getting the matter resolved quickly. Her level of customer service was truly exceptional and unparallelled these days. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend!

After the manufacturer did not ship their product in a manner that was needed, Adina immediately contacted the manufacturer and took the appropriate steps to correct the manufacturer's deficiencies. Adina did an excellent job in communicating her action plan and had excellent follow through to make things right for the customer. This gives me a great deal of confidence making future purchases with Quality Bath.

Ordered the parts for a wall hung toilet costing nearly $900. Learned when it arrived that it would not work with our plumbing. They would only take back 3 of the 4 boxes (which were never opened) and required me to pay freight shipping of nearly $400. Avoid if you think you might need to return any part of your order. I called and explained the situation but they offered no help.

Very poor return experience. Aside from restocking fees and forms to fill out, the company refused to even look for my return shipment, based on the fact that i used USPS service to ship it. They claimed it was their "policy" to only accept returns shipped by UPS or Fedex but not USPS. They also require that Customer pays for, and arranges return shipment. I view their behavior as theft.

First of all, Quality Bath is one of very few online retailers to carry the top-end premium line of Robern medicine cabinets - they have products that are not available from others. Second, shopping was easy. My sales representative Akiva answered emailed questions almost instantly, and was available via phone if I had needed to talk. Delivery is scheduled to occur today, about three weeks earlier than they promised!

I am doing a large kitchen remodel. Over the last 6 months I have spent hours on the phone with Dov as I've maneuvered through different plumbing and hardware options. Not only do you get the best prices, you get the best support and customer service you can imagine. When I call Dov, he knows who I am, what I am looking for and is always happy to help. Ordering materials is easy. I would recommend them to anyone. And again, best prices around.

I ordered several pieces of Emtek cabinet hardware from Quality Bath. About half of the pieces were defective. Adina helped to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Companies that care about the customer are much appreciated.
