I initially asked the representative if they carried specific Hansgrohe items. They were unable to source the items, but probed to understand what I was trying to accomplish. Akiva provided alternatives that would work for me. Akiva was responsive, patient, and courteous as it took me a bit of time to decide.

We have purchased plumbing fixtures from Quality Bath for a few our bathroom remodels and the experience is always positive.

Think twice before you order from them. You will pay a 20% restocking fee - that's high. And you will also pay the shipping fee to get it back to them. The entire fee, not just a Return Label Fee. When you buy remodeling items, they are heavy, and often expensive. I ordered one item from them, and it will be my last. I bought a Baldwin doorknob from them, for $20 less than Amazon..... but now I will pay over $60 to get it back to them. I would not recommend doing business with Quality Bath.

Chaya was so responsive to our problem with a two year old Newport Brass faucet. The single lever faucet was leaking. She was able to identify the issue and get the appropriate part ordered and sent to us (under warranty) to resolve our problem. The process was fast and efficient. Thank you Chaya!

Chaya did a great job hunting down my questions with Buster+Punch as the assembled product in box was not clear on needing to disassemble it prior to installation. They did me a solid favor making an exception returning some items unopened as well. Very responsive and supportive.
