Makes bike riding effortless
We bought a Dolphin from a local person and really enjoyed using it. My husband wanted the dual battery so purchased directly from Qualisports with the anniversary sale discount.

My controller monitor screen went out and with the help of a Qualisports representative named K helped me to order new parts and informed me how to properly install them. Excellent assistance, quick response and reliable communications.

Amazing bike and customer service
Absolutely stellar customer service. A brake caliper broke on my Volador and they paid to have a local shop repair it as well as paid for the parts. Easily the nicest bike I’ve owned, and really amazing that they have the customer service to back up their product. Highly recommended.

Prompt delivery
I received my bike promptly. I gave this only 4 stars because there are no instructions with the screws and parts that need to be attached (fenders, reflctor, light). I ordered a basket and back rack which showed up the next day. I originally ordered the wrong basket and emailed them, they responded quickly and exchanged it for the correct basket. Also no instructions on how or which screws to use for basket/rack install. The cable to the front light did not reach the front of the basket and I had to look at videos that someone posted on the facebook group on how to pull out a few more inches of cable to make it reach. The back rack was delivered with a big scratch in the aluminum. I have sent an email to Qualisports support and have not had a comment back on that yet but it has only been one day. They were quick to respond to my first request so I expect the same. I like the bike very much and it seems solid and works correctly with the minimal use so far.

My bike battery was not responding
My bike battery was not responding, I sent it back and they reviewed, repaired it and returned it in a reasonable time frame. All shipping costs were covered and email correspondence was excellent. I love the bike.

Great customer service
Customer service responds quickly and efficiently. This is the 2nd time I've contacted them and each time a quick and very satisfactory solution has been found. I've been driving a Dolphin for 3 years now, commuting almost every day, and I'm very happy with it.

Support is decent
Overall, the support is usually pretty helpful, but their english can be broken at times which makes things a little harder than they need to be. Other than that, I haven't experienced too many problems.

Excellent
Excellent, responsive customer service. I asked about switching out a rear cassette on my bike purchased a few years ago, and the Qualisports rep helped me find a suitable replacement (with only a sentence or two recommending that I buy a new upgraded model). The product is also excellent, I've had a great time zipping around Seattle's hills and the folding frame fits easily in a car trunk.

Got a rear rack and seat post locks for our Dolphins 😁
My order shipped from California the next day. Before ordering I emailed customer support to confirm if those were the correct parts for our 36v Dolphins, and to enquire if everything was currently in stock stateside. Thanks Rio!
Installation was fairly simple with the YouTube Videos. The one piece welded aluminum rack actually aligned with the top holes on the chainstays, not the bottom holes as stated in the video. I’m not using fenders on my bike, so I can’t say if that would matter. The locking seat post clamp is all anodized aluminum, a very nice precision part.
I am very impressed with the engineering, component selection, and overall build quality of the Qualisports Dolphin. It’s designed to be light, but the ride feels solid and stable. The adjustable handlebar height is a big plus. The bike is comfortable and fun to ride. Lighter IS better. 👍

good customer service, bad quality control
+ I ordered the wrong battery, and Qualisports was very nice about sending me the right one. Watch out! Their web page is misleading about the battery voltage.
- The connector (GX20) on the battery was assembled incorrectly. I had to take it apart and reassemble it. No big deal, but it makes me wonder about their quality control.

We want to inform you that we always ensure the batteries and connectors are matched and thoroughly checked before shipping them out to our customers. However, we noticed that the bike has been modified, resulting in a mismatch in the connection position. Unfortunately, we cannot replace the battery for the modified bike.
We strongly advise our customers not to modify their bikes as it may result in compatibility issues, and it can also be dangerous. Therefore, we do not support or recommend any bike modifications by our customers.

I had a good experience with Carlos
I had a good experience with Carlos. There was some issue with the delivery time frame and I had to follow up Carlos to get it resolved. I had to delay leaving on a short till the bike arrived but it did arrive in good condition.

fast shipping, easy assembly
fast shipping, $100 v-day discount a bonus. No written instruction in the packaging but easy to find online. It is the dead of winter here still so can't comment on riding it yet. I chose this brand and model because it was about the only one under 50 pounds.

Won't sell spare parts without original receipt!
I was gifted an old Velodor ebike with a broken throttle. I called about buying a replacement throttle. They said without the original sales receipt (3 years ago) they would assume I had stolen the bike, and refused to sell me the part. After online chat and a phone call with Carlos, this is how we left it: "Carlos- just to confirm, without the original sales receipt for a 3 year old ebike, you won't sell me a replacement throttle. And this is to protect your customers from, I guess, the next owner, somehow. My solution is, you say, to buy a new ebike rather than fix the old one.👍"
