Completed and passed Lean SixSigma Green Belt course (5 days), live interactive course. Materials and delivery was very good with a instructor that went through content in a good pace and making it relevant to real life situations.

The course instructor (BCS Foundation Certificate in Architecture Concepts and Domains) Dr. Fayed possesses excellent knowledge and experience, which greatly enhances the learning process. Incorporating more visual aids, such as a scratchpad or step-by-step illustrations, would significantly improve comprehension, especially for beginners in the architecture course.

Went well, an interactive and interesting course. I feel well prepared for the exam with the course and revision content provided. Thank you Dr Fayed.

Have just completed a 5 day course with QA for my MSc. The course was well paced and covered everything expected. The tutors were really knowledgeable and helped with all issues and questions I had with the learning.

I was taking a course that I have never done before. (Project Management), I took the classroom direction, as I learn better in a group. it was a 2 day course, and with anxiety of the exam, and other aspects that I was going through, telling myself that there is no way I can complete the course let alone do the exam. because of the trainer (Gareth Rose), not only was my anxiety put to bed, but I passed.

Humairah was a massive help for me, she made the process extremely easy and kept me up-to-date with all the new information about my apprenticeship.
She was also very professional but funny at the same time.

She consistently provided helpful calls, always polite and reassuring, keeping me informed throughout the process. I really appreciate her attitude and patience.

I attended Manage Conflict and Difficult Situations training last Wednesday. It was a beneficial training with lots of information, tips and tricks can be used in the workplace. It facilitated some points with the trainer's theoretical background. I got the aim of the training I enrolled for, so I'm merely satisfied.

The trainer, Gentha Sewnath, was very excellent. The training style ensures that the students really understand the concept.

I purchased ITIL course from QA for £580+VAT. Due to work commitments I needed to extend the end date by 3 months. QA said this was all fine, I signed a Sales Order & paid £16 to extend the exam date. When I came to book the exam it had expired, QA then tried to backtrack on a contract we had agreed & said I must pay £360+VAT to be able to sit the exam. Very unethical behaviour as it seems QA aren't prepared to honour their contractual agreements.

I find the information provided to be very valuable. I am an experienced product designer with over two decades of experience but I love refreshing my skills and I always learn something new.

I recently passed a Change Management Practitioner course with Susan Tuttle in London. There were some teething issues with the pre-course work and technology, about which I have fed back to QA, but Susan's delivery of the actual content more than made up for this. She was engaging, she was clearly incredibly experienced and she shared so many brilliant examples from her career that really brought change management to life. I would go back on another of Susan's courses in a heartbeat!
