Great product - I can already tell that draughts have been reduced, even though it is still summer. The flat is much more airtight. The installation was quick, and the team are the nicest people I've met in a long time - really helpful, courteous, and great attention to detail.

Great solution and fantastic service

Q-Bot's underfloor insulation applied by remote-controlled sprayer through a small entry hole is really clever.. Too soon to say how warmer the house will be in winter, but expecting it to be great. I also found the Q-Bot team really helpful in planning and executing. Thanks!

Good, friendly service. Had clear expectations on times and what we needed to do to prepare - which wasn’t much, admittedly, very uninvasive. A great product, too!

Q-Bot is a great company which delivers a first class product promptly, efficiently, accurately, professionally and at a reasonable price. They are pleasant to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had our floors recently insulated, the team working in our house were fantastic, they left everything exactly as they found it, very courteous and professional. The difference of the insulation was instantly noticeable! Our living room used to drop 5 degrees over night, now it's just 1 degree drop so less heating it up again.

We booked underfloor insulation with Q-Bot through the government's all-too-brief Green Homes Grant scheme. They surveyed the property, booked it in and the whole process was smooth and painless.

The team accessed the crawl-space through just two floorboards, reducing disruption, and worked from under a gazebo on the driveway. There was no smell from the insulation, either during or after the installation. The job was due to take one day, but took a return visit after a problem with the spraying mechanism. This was clearly explained, re-scheduled quickly and efficiently, and was no inconvenience.

We can feel the difference the insulation has made, and the way the downstairs of the house holds heat better. There really wasn't an easy way to insulate under the floor, so we were really pleased to be able to use Q-Bot's service and would definitely recommend it.

Really impressed with Q-Bot’s service. Very professional to deal with throughout. Had underfloor sprayed 6 weeks ago in large 4 bed detached house over three days with GHG scheme. Was particularly impressed by our three friendly fitters who were excellent communicators and such nice guys! They really went out of their way to do a professional thorough job, and were really patient with me and my hundreds of questions about what they were doing. They were very knowledgeable about the company and the tech behind what they were doing. We were able to get full coverage on our downstairs floors, and we’ve been so impressed with the results since. Our house is much warmer. Thank you Q-Bot!

I had looked into QBot when I first purchased my house but couldn’t afford it so when GHS was launched I was really pleased that QBot was one of their suppliers. I’ve now had the installation done 2 months but will wait for winter to hopefully feel it’s benefit.
I did however expect to see professionalism from a Trustmark company but was bitterly disappointed. Everything from not confirming the installation date, parking requirements, start time, etc etc, to having foam sprayed up the walls, onto brand new door handles, up furniture and then to be left in this pandemic period with dirty Costa coffee cups!
Not impressive and if I can’t trust them to respect my house, how can I trust that the installation has been successfully completed?

I am absolutely thrilled with the results from the Qbot insulation. It has made such a difference around my house as it has stopped so many draughts in other rooms & hallway too – even though I only had 1 room done. Stops the cold air circulating around I guess. The guys were great too..really nice people & very considerate – especially in these times. Very much appreciated.

I'm glad we went ahead with this, the floors boards feel warmer and the house less drafty. The fitters were very polite, efficient and overall I'm very pleased with the overall process. There was a fair bit of dusting afterwards but that was fine. Other than that a very simple process compared with the alternatives.

I have been very impressed with Q-Bot from start to finish, very professional company unlike most tradesmen. Good communication and excellent service. The fitters had allowed 2 days to complete the works but this was all installed in one day. All completed just before the coldest weather for decades! The only hassle with the whole process was the Green Homes Grant, which took far too long to approve due to an error on their side, but this was nothing to do with Q-Bot! Highly recommended, thanks guys!

I had investigated Q-bot a couple of years ago and when the GHGS was launched I was pleased to see Q-bot were involved. We approached Q-bot who were most helpful in assisting and supporting us through the GHGS. They surveyed our property in November and felt they could make a difference to our home. We then had to wait for the GHGS to be approved and within 4 weeks of approval our installation was successfully completed. We had cleared the rooms to be insulated, because we knew they would have to take up areas of carpet. As a result of this, the 2 days allowed for the installation was condensed into one long day. The team were pleasant and polite and worked diligently and efficiently, showing us how the robot worked and was operated, giving us a better understanding of the process. All this was done COVID safe.
We have noticed an immediate improvement in the atmosphere in our home, it being warmer and draught-free. We are now monitoring our fuel consumption and hoping for a reduction in our bills!

I had a very good experience with Q-Bot. I had a survey in late November 2020, received my green home grant in mid-December 2020 and they installed in early February 2021. The installation team were really professional, and afterwards I felt an immediate improvement in keeping the ground floor of our house heated. They were very clear about the requirements for being able to install up front, so no surprises through the process. I would definitely recommend Q-Bot if you have a house with floors that suit this treatment.

Q-Bot have been great to work with. They were quick and efficient and mess wasn’t bad. I think they should better advise customers that it isn’t necessarily as clean as they suggest and it’s a good idea to clear rooms - some foam will get through the gaps and onto whatever it’s near. Also if you had pipes or cables under the floor they won’t be able to do these areas, so you’ll have to to those areas from the top as we have. All that said, the floor is far warmer and the house is more comfortable. A great step forward.

The work was well done but Qbot did not mention the foam may spray into the room above.

Q-bot came and installed underfloor insulation for us at the end of November 2020 and I wanted to wait to see how it performed before I wrote a review so that it could be an informed review. We were the first people to benefit from the Green Homes Grant from Q-bot. The two installers who came were excellent, respectful, tidy and answered my many questions (and let me peek at the void under the suspended timber floor at points and let me observe them spraying the underfloor boards via their x-box controller, which was incredibly satisfying). The installer Ben was particularly helpful, as was Lucas during the pre-install survey. The laminate flooring covering the suspended timber floor has been noticeably significantly warmer, noticeably significantly less drafty (not at all drafty) and its temperature only 1-2 degrees colder than the upstairs laminate flooring so really very successful. It took just under 2 days to complete and the place was left very tidy both at the end of day 1 or after they finished on day 2 and you couldn’t tell from looking that the laminate had been disturbed. Really couldn’t be happier with the service or the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

Q-Bot were great. Friendly staff who kept in touch throughout the process. Took two days to install in a fairly large Victorian house and the effect was instant. No drafts and a big improvement in warmth. If you have floorboards and a big enough gap under them I'd highly recommend.

This is a fraudulent operation. Quoted me £1.5k for 90 sqm of insulation. On that basis I paid them £90 to review the floor, which they said was in perfect condition and 100% suitable for the insulation. They consequently provided an official quote of £5k! More than three times their quote they used to lure me in for £90. The government really need to vet their Green Home Grant providers a little more carefully. Probably run by one of BoJo's mates...

A Scam! They are using the Green Grant to scam people out of £90!
To get a green grant you need a quote -> they change £90 for someone to come round and quote! Even worst in may case, I was told THEY CANT DO THE WORK but still changed £90!
Very disappointed! Stay away, they are scamming people!

QBot insulated my floors last November. Immediately my rooms felt warmer. No draughty crevices, no could feet.
Ha.....the only draw back was that I was not using so much heating downstairs, that the bedrooms felt a bit cooler, as for decades I was relying on heating from downstairs wafting up the stairs. Highly recommended
