Lost 1080$

In October, I paid for an airbnb reservation in the amount of $1,080 with a card. In December, pyypl arbitrarily changed my card number. In February, I had to cancel my reservation on airbnb, they issued a refund to the card from which the payment was made. I haven't received money on my card for two months and I'm trying to negotiate with Pyypl, but the robot answers from them with the same phrase that they are urgently solving my question. That's it, $1,080 is lost ☹️

Update. I've been waiting for a refund for 3 months now, but I haven't received it yet. Nobody wants to help me in Pyypl

i used my pyypl debit card to pay…

i used my pyypl debit card to pay through Paypal ,, i linked my card for a 1$ as You all know it reversed instantly and i used my card to pay and payment not proccessed successfully and paypal support told me the payment reversed to my card again + 1$ to link card both never shown in my pyypl account .. iam not recommending this company at all i made alot of complaints and the support is useles

Comfortable service, great suport

Several monthes it just worked as it should and I took it for granted. But two weeks ago there was a problem, when my money stuck between the recipent and the Pyypl service. And it could cost me $200. So today I gratefully write this review, as the people from Pyypl support have finished their job and I have my money back on my account.

APP INOPERATIVE AND HOLDS FUNDS ON TRANSIT

The app doesn't seem to be working I think they should stop it.
In 10 transfer trials only 2 work and my money is now held on Transit for days now.
When I wrote to customer care its the automated reply.
Just wanted to give you a quick update on your ticket. Our team is on it and working hard to get things sorted for you. We'll keep you in the loop with any updates.

Since than support just does not exist. Any message to support gets templated automatic response that "we are working on it". No chance to get human response for 2 months.

Seems money will never be returned. Do not trust them.

i have refunds from multiple merchants, they ask me to contact pyypl for follow up, but these guys dont have any active support for its costomers. I sent several emails but no single reply from human, only bots

This so far has been my favorite app…

Scam

Scam. After their "failure", I lost my card. It is impossible to create a new one. They withdraw money from the account because there are no actions. There are none- because I can't get a card. And I can't take the money out! Scammers
