Raha made my experience literally perfection from the moment she caught my attention and started chatting to treating my hair so softly she was so friendly and is honestly such a hard working girl shes very convincing and has a good knowledge of the products she is promoting, she was very helpful in all situations - from asking about haircare advice to explaining payment options and treated my whole family including younger ones with such kindness and care. I bought some curlers at the Trafford centre (lovely lady looked after us) however once home I realised I really shouldn’t have bought them as I couldn’t afford them. After reading reviews on here I was dreading trying to return them. However I went back and was given a full refund straight away. Really helpful lady, no questions asked. Didn’t try to resell me something different. I was really pleased both times visiting the stand.

I have just been to the pop up at the Trafford Centre. My husband got me a tong for my birthday. It wasn’t the right product for me. Luckily, when I explained this to Adam the manager. He talked me through the other products and we were able to find the perfect one. He was so calm and patient. Did a lovely demonstration on my hair. I’m such a happy customer and would very much recommend.

Rahma was so welcoming for us to try the product, she was amazing and so friendly and made us feel so comfortable while testing the product on my friend, the product is amazing, never seen anything like it, so impressed, will definitely buy when I am not broke

I have had no assistance with faulty PYT luxe hairstyler, staff are rude onsite in westfield and just pressurise you to buy something.

But when it comes to repairs they disappear and yet they say once you purchase you have lifetime guarantee but that is NOT true - that is a breach of trading standards in UK and false advertising to say that yet not help me when my product is faulty

Purchased from the trafford centre today after my daughter had her hair curled and loved the result. Got home and tried them to find they are no where near as good as the ones demonstrated on her today. The ones they are using are not what they are selling. AVOID

Adam is a legend. He quickly turned around the lifetime guarantee claim and resolved the non working irons for me with new ones. Buy with confidence - when they say lifetime warranty they mean a lifetime warranty!
