Amazing customer service and products!

Bought a 19mm curler for my wife from PYT Hairstyle at Trafford centre - and she loves it! The curler works great, and creates lovely, defined curls. My wife very much liked how easy it was to use and how lovely the outcome was. The 19mm barrel size really helps to create those tighter, more defined curls. A great quality item and a good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful at PYT Hairstyle too. I would definitely recommends this curler for anyone looking for a quality and reliable styling tool, we will definitely be shopping at PYT Hairstyle again. Very happy with this purchase.

Never ever buy from them. Horrible customer service. Bought a product from them. Came home and changed my mind. I had my receipt and the product was in original packaging. Just the box sticker was opened. The person at their shop in Trafford Centre checked the product and acknowledged the product was unused. He asked me to write an email to customer service for a refund code or something, which I did the same day and explained everything and asked for refund , after 3 or four days I received reply. They asked for proof of purchase and even my bank statement. I have provided them everything, then they asked me to go again to the shop for product inspection, I went again and the same person checked it again and rang the senior again and told them the product is not being used. They asked me to go bac Again and wait for the response. After few days I have received another email saying that because the sticker from the box was opened so they can’t refund. I think they didn’t want to refund in the first place . If that was the case why asking for so many things as proof and making me visit their shop twice as they already knew that the box seal was opened in the beginning. This is ridiculous. I will never ever buy anything from them again and will not recommend either. I did emailed them again but now no response.

Been to Manchester Trafford Centre today for my daughters sweet 16 and was offered amazing service by Katie, she made my daughter feel incredible and really promoted the brand brilliantly, I believe this kind of service should never go unrecognised

Nice girl sold me 2 curlers love them

My PYT straightners are faulty and overheating to 350 degrees!! and fire risk!! The straightners are supposed to come with lifetime guarantee yet the company are not resolving my issue or offering a replacement !

I have messaged the team but my emails have been ignored.. will start county court claim if not resolved
