I ordered a buggy online and was kept up to date with dispatch and delivery and it was delivered within days of being ordered. There were some complications which were partly my fault, but Dan in customer service was an absolute star and sorted everything out for me without any trouble. He was extremely responsive and kept me up to date with what was happening - I was really impressed with the customer service he provided.

Really dishonest company. They knew my review about how awful they are was true and even though I provided my order number tried to get it taken down. I provided all the evidence that my review was true just how shockingly bad they are.

Don't believe the good reviews. They are awful. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered a baby carrier recently. Price beat others online and was delivered really promptly. Customer service was really good and they responded to my email very quickly. Would use this company again

Have always been a lovely place to purchase from, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Have purchased 4 car seats from here now for our kids and just wish we knew about them when we were expecting my eldest

Product was brilliant - however communication and length of time for it to be delivered absolutely terrible!

Order Axkid Move in Granite on 22nd March and it was indicated to expect delivery either on or before 31st March. Nothing was communicated and I contacted them again on 24th to confirm dispatch which they responded to. Sent another email to them on 29th (as heard nothing) to say we are two days off the expected delivery date what is going on and again told that they were expecting it in and would then dispatch. They did offer another colour if I wanted it sooner - said that I would wait. Nothing heard again until I emailed them on 5th April to find out what was going on to which they responded with the same answer. Finally they contacted me on 6th to say that the car seat would arrive 11th April.

So 20 days after the initial order it finally arrived. The website should've indicated that there was a delay in the item if ordered in a certain colour plus there should've been better communication from Pushchair Expert.

The product I ordered was delivered very promptly and efficiently. I was kept informed of the delivery date and time and the product arrived well packaged and in good condition.

I am not able to attend their physically store unfortunately as I live in Wales. But had seen their online website come up many times when I was searching for my dream pram. I had been to a load of places around by me and liked them but found none would do the specific bundle I wanted. I got the Oyster 3 Butterscotch bundle but wanted the Cybex Z2 Car seat and rotation base (as I had heard these have been well rated for their safety). All bundles included the oyster capsule car seat so I was wondering if I would just have to settle.

I emailed Pushchair expert asking if they do customised bundles. I had a very fast response from a lovely person called Abi, telling me that they can happily do this and to let them know the items I wanted for it. I was so happy as I could know have the pram I wanted but also the car seat! It was all sorted for me so quickly and I was given a secure payment link over the phone. When I paid I was immediately sent an invoice by email confirming and was told they would have stock mid - end of March and would call as soon as it was in. (My emails to them started on the 1st of March and I had paid for it all by the 3rd March).

Anyway, not expecting to hear much for a few weeks I got a phone call on the 7th telling me my order was in stock in the warehouse! As it was evening their truck had left for Wednesday delivery but offered that it come earliest Thursday. I was very happy and it came with DPD which I do think is a reliable company. Despite choosing the earliest option, I had the option to chose any day that was suitable for me which was nice.

It then came exactly within the hour time frame it said it would. All packaged nicely and sturdy. I have opened it last night and I am very pleased with everything it is all there and all as it said it would be 😊

I wanted to do this review for people who are worried and reluctant like me, thinking how legitimate companies are as prams are so expensive these days too. It’s an important decision. But this review is to recommend the Pushchair expert whether you go to the store or online from miles away! 😊

Great service from ordering to the delivery.

Excellent price, product and extremely quick delivery. I couldn’t fault Pushchair Expert; we bought our pushchair, car seat, cot mattress etc for our first born all from them and are now buying for our second child on the way.

The bassinet sheets arrived fine but would have been nice if someone had replied to my email about the sheets for the base of the travel cot.Adding to review below.
Nothing in junk unfortunately as you suggested. Expected someone to ask what my problem was rather than replying with we always answer it is maybe in junk!

Great price, despatched straightaway the next day and then arrived next day after that. Faultless!
