The most awful customer service I have…
EDIT - no bubble wrap was used these are delicate medical devices and it wa snot wrapped in anything. The customer service was the bigger issue DO NOT USE The most awful customer service I have ever experienced from any company I have ever used please avoid a use a more reputable company that has some sort of common decency and common sense. There are plenty out there and this is not one of them. I ordered some breathing mats which arrived with no protective packaging or anything, and I emailed the company who were more worried about whether I had opened it or not and the fact that I had to pay for return then they were about sending something as delicate and is important as that in absolutely no protective packaging. I’ve never experienced such ignorant and rude customer service service via any platform. AVOID

This order was a baby breathing monitor, supplied in the manufacturer's own sealed retail box with bubble wrap added around it, the same way we always ship the many amounts of this product each week. As we understand it arrived undamaged - no damage was reported to us at any point, and no photographs were sent when we asked for them. The concern raised was the amount of bubble wrap around the box.
We replied to your email the same day, apologised, and asked whether the monitor or its box had been damaged in transit. If so, a photograph was all we needed and we'd have resolved it immediately. We never received one.
We also explained our returns position, which is published on our website: as a medically certified device, we cannot accept it back once the factory seal is broken, and return postage on a change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility.
We're sorry the packaging disappointed you and we've passed your comments to our dispatch team. If the monitor did arrive damaged, send us photographs and we will put it right.

Car seat order, back order, great updates
Ordered a car seat that was on back order. Emma was great at keeping me up to date when I asked for the lead time.
Just over a week after ordering the car seat arrived.
Would definitely recommend.

Dreadful customer experience or care. I asked to return or exchange a sealed new item on last day of valid exchange time and the refused as was a Sunday and they didn’t del with it.. would never use again as they don’t reply to mails..

I cannot speak highly enough about Pushchair Expert. I found them whilst browsing for a Travelling System as my contribution towards my first grandchild and knew that we wanted quality as well as good pricing.
Ordering was not complicated as nobody has time trying to navigate around clunky websites.

Missing order
Ordered Cybex car seat. Item was delivered and the large very obvious item was left on the doorstep. I came home, item missing. I reported the missing item to the delivery company who stated a signature was not required by the retailer. I would never authorise doorstep delivery of such a high cost item. I then reported this to the retailer and the police. The retailer has failed to resolve the issue nor refund. This is a retailer issue not purchaser. They have failed to successfully deliver and this breaches the consumer act. It has now been 4 weeks I have been without an item that was paid for in faith.

Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience - I completely understand how frustrating this situation must be.
We’d like to clarify that the “no signature required” setting is determined by the courier service or customer and isn’t something we as the retailer are able to control or override. Likewise, the delivery process itself is handled by the courier once the item has been dispatched.
That said, we have raised this matter directly with the courier. Their records currently show the item as successfully delivered; however, based on the circumstances you’ve described, it appears the parcel was delivered and then unfortunately taken, which would be considered theft.
We appreciate your patience while this is being looked into, and we will continue to pursue this with the courier to reach a resolution.

On ordering I was not given a delivery date and I am concerned the car seat won’t be here in time for the arrival of the baby.
I still don’t know the delivery date a week after ordering and paying.
