Je n'ai rien acheter et heureusement je ne sais pas pour les autre produit mais la caméra sportive est disponible sur Alibaba et Aliexpress deux fois moins chère, sur le produit aucune marque purux écrit ce site fait du drop shipping

Après avoir commandé des jumelles de vue sur puruxe-fr.com, j'étais très inquiet en lisant tous les commentaires négatifs sur puruxe.fr.
Le mail de confirmation faisait référence a ce site...
Le mail de confirmation d'expédition reçu 1 semaine après faisait lui référence à un lien obsolete de tracking de La Poste en http et laposte.net.
Mais finalement le produit commandé est bien arrivé en bon état et conforme.
Pas extra mais conforme.

Delivery so slow that needed to find alternative product.
Currently I am being refused a refund after an email exchange taking almost a week.

Clearly a scam that should be avoided-the whole interaction will cost me over £100

I picked this company from Google and received an confirmation e-mail after purchase. After I saw the reviews ( a lot were not favourable)I tried to send a reply which for some reason came up with nothing as if not sent.
However - I got a reply from the company fairly quickly answering my query. Advising my purchase was on its way. They also followed up the e-mail with another giving info. For my experience the company were excellent. The purchases were delivered reasonably quickly and are good quality. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Note I've found them on line also trading as Harlix Tech & Home - same scammers

I've also found them as Puruxe.Electonic HK - proving there is no UK background and its a cheap shop in tin pan alley in the backstreets of Hong Kong

Criminal activity proven, selling cheap Chinese shoddy goods of inferior quality. Refuse to accept return and refund. I have made rightful claim and within 14 days (there policy) EU/UK regs regards consumer contract regs / long distance over internet selling is clear, I have 30 days and a right rto return for any reason never mind that the specification isn't any good

continually refuse to cooperate, deliberately withholding contact details on their website, check it, your wont see contact details - its a mixture of German fronted, cheap Chinese rubbish - refuse to return monies, refuse to provide return address - you will also see negative feedback on Amazon for same reasoning -

The German ghost company is breeching UK/ EU regulations with a deliberate act of criminal theft

dont waste money gher, £79 for arazoz is lost becuase they take your money, refuse to communicate, refuse to accpet returns, refuse to provide return address and you ownt find a UK address or even a German address

criminal activity - must be stopped, they wil steal your money and run. Im a 70 year old pensioner whoc annot afford such loss

Beaware, you are warned. do not spend your money here, you wil loose it or get cheap rubbish delivered to your home

I fell for the fake review online for breast pump. Ended up with a cheap product. Asked to return but they make it impossible. Communicating with them it is clear they are not professional. Going to go through credit card to get my money back, can only hope.

This breast pump is easy to assemble and use. It feels more comfortable than other models, and the customizable settings really help reduce the stress.

Purchased on line from puruxe cost £89 to took nearly 3 weeks to arrive once opened I found that these clipper/ beard trimmer are worth nothing like the purchase price very light & flimsy bad quality & battery ran out very quickly the advert says you can send back with in 14 days all I’ve had back are repeat messages offering 5% refund I declined now no contact from them these clippers should be avoided & same applies to their web page rip of company who appear in scam alert on google wish I had stumbled upon this first , avoid this scam they post out rubbish.

Absolute scam company. Do not buy based on fake tech reviews from “besttechtest.com”. Look at their website and you will see there is no company address, no phone number. Just a generic email address. Please do not make the same mistake as me and purchase without doing proper research.

This is definitely a scam
I received my package and no name on the package like a cheap product and very poor packaging.

I emailed them and they just said it’s due to environmental friendly which is so strange as the product has no name any where!

J'ai commandé un micro à plus de 129€, il ne me convient pas, j'ai donc demandé un retour. Impossible sans perdre 15% sur mon achat plus des frais de douane plus frais de retour sur Hong Kong !!!!! A fuir car totalement illégal de plus impossible d obtenir l adresse de retour

I ordered a pair of binoculars through their website in the evening but very quickly decided i wanted to cancel the order. There was no button on their website to cancel it so i emailed them about it. The next morning they told me it was not possible since they have already been shipped. I am very certain i just got scammed by a company through besttechreview.com or how was the website called. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Fake reviews and refusing to refund my money because item never showed up.

Scam Company -

Puruxe, aka Monovan, aka Roadoxn aka whatever stupid name they think of next is a dirty, exploitative scam. They use fake review articles like bestechtest to push interest to their products which they flog at higher end prices (just low enough to seem like a good price for the “amazing” item they’re pitching) for cheap, inferior products, if they ever actually show up…

If you do fall for it and you purchased with a credit card, use charge back and push back if they try and argue. The reviews for whatever bullshit company they’re using at the time on here (even if littered with the fake positive ones) and the trustpilot reviews for bestechtest.com are more than enough to prove it’s a scam.

Estafa. Me dicen por correo después de adquirir una máquina depiladora que la devolución que quería hacer no conviene a ninguna de las dos partes y que si me pueden hacer un 5% del rembolso. No compréis. Sinvergüenzas

I ordered an electric shaver which failed to arrive. Despite asking for a full refund as per the Consumer Rights Act they are ignoring my request and failing to acknowledge my emails.

I’m basically experiencing the same problems that other reviewers are having. Please, don’t go anywhere near buying anything from this company, unless you want to be ripped off and you like wasting your time dealing with people who have no respect for others!!

All of this is completely fake, so please don’t be drawn into buying anything as you will never see the product or your money again.
