Awful customer service

Terrible product

Both breast pumps stopped working less than 7 weeks after initial use.

Never use this company

Sad to say very very bad the pump has now got stuck on the highest setting which means it is painful to use. I also contacted the company about how hard it is to get milk out without spilling it. But we most other people have highlighted this is bad quality and I think likely a scam. No costumer service random email and a cheap pump feel silly for falling for it also read reviews that were good.

Nada recomendable, te envían el pedido sin factura y si quieres hacer una reclamación, resulta imposible comunicar con ellos.

Ho acquistato un action cam a €149 il 13/09. Dopo due settimane non ricevo , chiedo il tracciamento e risulta consegnata. Il prodotto non è mai arrivato. Dopo un mese di mail a loro e al corriere riesco a farmi dare il rimborso.
Dal rimborso trattengono 30€ per le spese di spedizione e perché non ho scelto in altra spedizione ma il rimborso. Specifico che tra una settimana parto per le vecanze e ovviamente se avessi deciso di avere in altra spedizione rischierei di partire senza .
Una vergogna… devono affidarsi a corrieri migliori.

Desidero aggiungermi alle testimonianze negative su "Puruxe" di cui ahimè vengo a conoscenza solo ora.
Le vendite online di Puruxe, manomesse e truffaldine, si poggiano su un'abile politica mistificatoria consistente nel far recensire a individui prezzolati i loro prodotti come se fossero di sua produzione. Con programmi di fotoritocco cancella astutamente i marchi originari dei prodotti proposti sulla sua vetrina online per non far risalire al vero produttore.Tu li acquisti a un prezzo che puoi anche reputare accettabile e poi (troppo tardi) alla consegna ti rendi conto che il prodotto che ti arriva ha un marchio effettivamente originario e che si trova online a prezzi molto inferiori.
Io, cretino, ho comprato da loro un Gimbal Puruxe a 120 euro. Nella loro vetrina senza marchio, ma, quando l'ho ricevuto, formalmente identico, era marchiato TOKQI, in vendita dappertutto a meno di 40 euro.
Mi brucia essere stato così cretino e con gentilezza chiedo di renderlo per motivi di non conformità (marchio non mostrato per l'acquisto) e allora escono tutte le magagne per la restituzione già illustrate su questa piattaforma (Hong Kong, dogane ecc ecc).
Penso che anche una azione legale di gruppo porterebbe a perdersi nei meandri di giurisprudenze internazionali con magre soddisfazioni, ma penso che una fortissima azione denigratoria sia doverosa.
Far chiudere Puruxe per costringerli ad aprire un'altro brand è puramente accademico ma qui si configurano reati italiani e internazionali tutti volti alla TRUFFA.
● Danni, in questo caso, a TOKQI (se possibile avvertirli credo che sarebbe opportuno in quanto Puruxe di sicuro acquista a prezzi TOKQI e rivende a 4 volte il prezzo nascondendo fino alla consegna l'identità del vero produttore. Danno non economico in questo caso a TOKQI ma di immagine e di affidabilità pure per AliExpress che lo vende).
● Evasione delle politiche con infrazione alle leggi a difesa dei consumatori per i resi. (Enti preposti sono a conoscenza di sicuro)
● Estorsione proditoria. (Con complicità di Banche e Corrieri, in questo caso di Poste Italiane, volutamente menefreghisti di quale servizio stiano fornendo e a chi).

CHE PURUXE SCONTI IN SALUTE TUTTI I GUADAGNI CHE TRAE DA QUESTE SUE OPERAZIONI.

ESTAFA me enviaron unos prismaticos chinos de mala calidad a los que le sobran mas de 100€ al precio. No son compatibles con camara movil como anuncia y no se ve bien, ni hacen devolucion, reembolso ni envio de un nuevo producto. Es un timo!!

Terrible breast pump, I saw this pump on a review site and it was all singing all dancing so I saved up and purchased the puruxe breast pump, when it turned up the box surprised me, it wasn’t branded, no name/advertisement and upon opening the box you could tell the item was cheap. The battery barely lasts 3 pumps not the ‘10/12 use’ that’s advertised, it is not quiet, sounds like it’s going to break at any moment, difficult to take apart and not worth £109!! Do not buy, invest in a better brand with better reviews as like me, you will be paying out for another pump with better reviews.

AVOID. Scam company. Ordered the Puruxe gimbal, I received a Tokqi one, they claimed it was the same item but just with different branding. Wouldn't offer full refund and expected to return to Hong Kong at own cost.

I feel very silly
I was in a rush and searched for reviews of mics - Puruxe came up, I bought it quickly without really reading.
The product is poor quality - and they won't refund or accept returns without me sending to HONG KONG. I suspect this is in contravention of trading standards but they won't even engage.
Stay away from Puruxe. . .

ESTAFA, NO COMPRAR. No comprar nunca en esta página web, van cambiando el dominio web y de nombre. Antes eran Arlira. Productos de Aliexpress que duplican o triplican sus precios. No te permiten hacer una devolución si quieres devolver el producto, violando así las leyes del consumidor europeas. Los productos vienen desde China, no es una página web española.

Commandé un défroisseur KY-003 , 4,5 fois plus plus cher que sur un site Chinois!
Il produit un peu de vapeur mais il est impossible de défroisser , pas assez de débit ni de pression.
J'ai demandé le retour avec un remboursement, c'est la galère, il faut retourner le produit a Hong kong avec 15 % de frais.................il est préférable de mettre le produit a la poubelle!

Comment dire.
Caméra nul tout simplement 149€ de dépenser dans une caméra qui ne servira jamais mais aussi qui coûte que 69€ sur Aliexpress.
Service client médiocre.
Frais de retour impossible.
Bref que du gâchis et je pèse mes mots!!!

J ai commandé un tire lait chez eux (100€)!! Il est nul , en plastique absolument pas solide, l’aspiration est nul !! À part l’esthétique rien ne vas dans ce tire lait !
Le service client est nul aussi et ne parlons pas du transporteur : je refuse le colis en personne comme me l’a indiqué le service client , le transporteur revient 2 jours après, se permet de rentrer dans mon jardin pour redeposer le colis que j avais refusé qq jours avant ! Et là tt le monde se renvoi la balle : le transporteur me dis que c est l’expéditeur qui lui a dis de redéposer le colis et l expéditeur me dis de voir avec le transporteur !! Du coup si je renvoi le colis j en ai pour 60€ de frais d envoi + 18€ qu ils gardent si on renvoi le colis !! Du coup autant ne rien faire !!! Entreprise à fuir !!!!! Je ne commanderais plus jms !!!!

Vous payez pour un article "puruxe" ils vous envoi un artcle d'une qualité chinoise que n'êtes même pas rassuré de l'utiliser!
Quand vous demadez un remboursement parce que vous n'avez pas eu l'article pour lequel vous avez payez, ils vous répondent le même mails encore et encore sans donner les detail pour l'envoi du retour! Par peur qu'on localise leur adresse géographique sans doute!Donc vous ne pouvez même pas retourner l'article! Arnaque bien monté!
Quelqu'un sait comment avertir les autorités concernés afin de bloquer ces arnaqueurs?

Ho acquistato dalla società Puruxe un epilatore a luce pulsata, in un momento di disattenzione. Mi sono accorta il giorno stesso di aver sbagliato e ho chiesto che il pacco non mi venisse spedito, mi hanno risposto che pur essendo passate poche ore dall'acquisto il pacco era già partito. Quando è arrivato, senza aprirlo, ho chiesto di fare il reso. Mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare una penale e in più sostenere le spese di spedizione a Hong Kong (il pacco veniva dall'Italia) più le spese doganali d'importazione. Mi avvertivano che questa procedura era molto onerosa e mi invitavano a tenermi il prodotto. Alle mie proteste mi offrivano prima un 5% (!) di rimborso, poi il 10% e infine il 15% come ultima offerta. Ho replicato dichiarando la mia disponibilità a pagare una penale ragionevole + le spese di spedizione ma in Italia. Loro mi hanno ripetuto l'ultima offerta, invitandomi nuovamente a tenermi il prodotto "viste le difficoltà e gli oneri da entrambe le parti".
Oltre ad essere irricevibile, questa proposta è demenziale e indica la volontà di non procedere al reso. Infatti quale interesse avrei dovuto avere ad accettare il 15, il 10 o addirittura il 5% se comunque avrei anche dovuto provvedere alle spese per la spedizione internazionale e a quelle doganali??
Insomma in questa azienda il reso è impossibile e usano la scusa della spedizione ad Hong Kong come condizione capestro. Penso che sia un modo non corretto di agire, non solo dal punto di vista del rapporto con il cliente ma anche dal punto di vista legale!
Oltre a fare le recensioni che meritano su tutti i canali social disponibili, mi rivolgerò sicuramente all'unione consumatori, alla polizia postale e alle altre autorità competenti . Ormai è diventata una questione di principio.

Se anuncian como un producto Europeo, falso es de Hong Kong, si quieres devolver un producto, tienes que pagar tú los gastos de devolución y aduana. La depiladora láser viene sin marca ninguna. Es todo mentira.

I ordered a Puruxe Steamer on 5th August to take on holiday. It arrived on 18th August but this was too late to take on holiday so I bought another one from a High Street store.

The Puruxe Steamer is still in the unopened box. I am £99 out of
pocket.

If anyone has any tips or advise I would be grateful.

Puruxe are refusing to provide a return address. The are continually stating the below although the 5% is now 20%.

Thank you for your email. Your order has been received. Unfortunately, you would like to return the product.

Returning an item is indeed troublesome and disadvantageous to both parties. Could we offer you 5% of the order amount as compensation? I hope you will keep the item and not request a return. I look forward to hearing from you.

Saw a review of Action Cameras, it had their Camera rated ‘exceptional’ above both the DJI and Go Pro models. So I fell for it.

The product came and it’s the Generic Chinese camera that normally retails for half the price. It is not manufactured by Purexe.

I then found out that the review site is their site.

These are scammers, the product is absolutely useless. Avoid.

The pump took 2 weeks to arrive by which point I had sourced another pump. I emailed the day of receipt to ask for an address to post the pump back to and two weeks later I am still trying to confirm that address. I keep being offered “compensation” instead. The website is clear - a refund can be given if the product is returned within 2 weeks of the date of receipt. I’m now going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company instead.
Terrible dishonest customer service - do not use.
