First, let me start with Sreshtha- she is a beautiful, warm, gentle soul whose presence feels peaceful and guided. She makes you feel comfortable right away and her calming presence creates a safe, supportive space from start to finish.

I had a wonderful experience with both the hypnotherapy and My Video sessions. My hypnotherapy session was enlightening, eye-opening and admittedly strange as it was a new experience, however I felt calm, trusting, safe, and completely comfortable throughout. I noticed almost immediate positive changes in the areas addressed.

The energy and insights gained in the My Video workshop was great. The information was easy to follow along and I got great clarity on setting and manifesting goals. It's amazing to witness changes and results in such a short time.

Highly recommend Sreshtha's services- she puts her heart into her clients and you can feel it through her energy, your energy shifts and the results. I’ll definitely be doing more sessions and workshops!

The most recent workshop has definitely changed the way I look at life and its immense possibilities .Shrestha is able to guide you effortlessly through each step of the exercises ...giving you real life examples, making it so easy to understand and practice..these exercises has definitely changed my total mindset...and I am already seeing positive changes in my day to day life .

It was an incredible event organized by Sreshtha. I thoroughly enjoyed the meditation she led at the beginning. She has such a warm presence and you can hear the passion and excitement in her voice even as she introduces herself.
Katie’s session was amazing too! I felt completely immersed and empowered.

It was a fist-time experience for me, and everything was out of my comfort zone, but yet I did not feel uncomfortable, but rather welcomed into the small group setting. I would definitely like to experience it again!

Soul meets Skin was an experience... in the busy world we live in where women strive to be the best in the world of work and our natural inclinations as caregivers and nurturers... it gets hard and overwhelming. Most times in a way others don't understand.

Being in a room of women who were so supportive and had similar drive of wanting to be their best self... it was magical. Both Sreshtha and Katie in their segments were inspiring and tapped into our emotional and physical awareness respectively.

I will definitely do it again.

The Power of Zero session offered a wonderfully relaxing and holistic experience. The environment encouraged openness, reflection, and authentic connection. I appreciated the supportive energy and the sense of community created among the women who attended. Overall, it facilitated openness and creativity.

I had a great time at the Soul meets Skin event! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and supportive right from the start. It was my first time at this kind of workshop, which offered an interesting experience that pushed me outside my comfort zone a bit. For the first part we started with a guided meditation and some introspection exercises. Sreshtha created such a safe and gentle space for everyone to reflect and share. For the second half we had what I’ll describe as a female empowerment dance class which was awesome! I loved the energy of the instructor and I felt so free and uplifted afterwards. Sreshtha is doing a great job offering different ways for women to feel good and connect with themselves and also each other. There was something for everyone and I’d definitely recommend checking out other events.
