Outstanding tool. Outstanding coaches! I read my assessment results and said, "Wow. That's pretty much me!" You have to follow it up with the coaching, because the one thing I thought didn't fit made more sense with the coaching. I highly recommend it for anyone who isn't 100% certain of, and aligned with, their purpose.

When I first took the Purpose Factor Assessment and received my report, I thought to myself Holy Cow!!! This is a game-changer for me, personally, and for my clients as a Personal and Executive Coach. Using PURPOSE as the foundation of a personal growth conversation is not only brilliant but also highly effective. My advice is now, if you are looking to gain extreme clarity with conviction, this is the process to make that happen.

I started working with the Purpose Factor in late December. The assessment is wonderful but more important is the guidance, motivation and coaching from Gab, Brian and Eric. It has been an outstanding experience and I am now a Certified Purpose Factor Coach. The Purpose Company...I never knew this existed, and I have to say that I wish I had found out about this many years ago. Sarah Callihan with The Purpose Company provided me with a framework, insights and language that helped me work through what path, roles, and experiences would be ideal for me as I enter my next chapter in my career. Some information was validating while a lot of it was eye opening. I love that it gave me the words I needed to help me illustrate why a possible employer should choose me! The Purpose Factor assessment helped clarify a lot of thoughts and feelings I had about myself. It gave me words and permission to describe what I had been thinking and feeling. And to know that I'm not the only one driven by these beliefs. Going through my results with Tarek was even more insightful. He's a master at helping you focus on the most important aspects of your results, and then tying them to an immediate action you can take that day to put them to practice. I'd 100% recommend.

I wasn’t sure what I was getting into when I was answering the questions of the assessment, but after our first session of going through the results… I have never felt so understood!

The clarity that was brought forth was amazing. Bringing to light what my purpose factor is brought a sense of meaning to my life. Everyone has a purpose, you just have to find it. And this helped so much.

As these types of assessments go, some of the questions had me wondering where they were taking me, but in the end, the detailed report was super helpful. There are actionable insights into strengths and weaknesses and true value in the descriptions. I highly recommend scheduling a debrief with a coach to maximize the timeliness of the value.

Our group completed the Purpose Factor Assessment and then met to discuss our results as a team. This process was very informative. It was interesting to see what our purpose is. Carolyn Rubin was very informative and did a great job helping us learn the differences in our Core Values. We are looking forward to continuing to grow using our results.
