NCI has been one of the most influential and intriguing experiences of my life so far.
The knowledge and integration into the syllabus was amazing and has brought me to new levels of understanding myself and others within my professional, family and social circles. I feel and think much clearer and am able to communicate on a much higher frequency than I ever previously imagined.

Best community. These guys don’t sleep. Every day, every phase is done with so much care and love. Depth? It’s everywhere, in the mirror, within yourself, and in the spark in a stranger’s eyes.

This material is the best that I've come across and I'm normally skeptical of programs. In fact, I've never spent money on a program and I have advanced to the 2nd round of NCI.

NCI is a great community. If you want to feel or observe what it's about, do so. Sign up as an observer and go from there. Signing up for the courses are worthwhile especially if you want to understand human behaviors. Many of the members are supportive throughout your learning, you can get a coach for a fee and you can jump in on any live learnings included in the membership. You have absolute freedom to learn at your own pace and a library that's accessible.

I've changed so much in a small span of time. I'm saving up for the next course, as it is worth the investment on my part. Learning about humans and behavioural patterns are fascinating. Out of this course you will also look at your own behavior which gives clarity and awareness at your own life.

It's a great community to be part of and if you are curious about NCI, start with YouTube and search Chase Hughes "The Ancient Decoded".

This just is life changing , unimagiable!!

If your tired of all the BS out there and want to dig deeper into why we do things, that are not always in our best interest, or learn about how others percieve you or why you are treated a certain way, l recommend getting started in NCI.

It's more than I expected! I studied psychology in college and I've been into this type of human behavior stuff for years. It is absolutely an art form to decode people's behavior; why people do what they do and how to navigate them to change for better. I'm learning just that in this fine-tuned and easy-to-learn course! Highly recommended.

The NCI-1 course is factual, no nonsense, and packed with videos and handouts. I also found the peer support in the NCI app to be very motivating.
I am continuing on to NCI-2. level 1 made me a behavioral observer, level 2 will teach me how to use what I see in others.

This is the most valuable course I have ever taken. Very insightful, the best tool you can acquire in navigating through life.

Half way through this course I knew I was onto something that was going to change my life. NCI 1 allowed me to dip my toe into the concepts without pressure.

I've been involved with NCI for about 8 months now, and everything I'm learning is top-notch. I have been a part of many other training programs in the past 40 years, and NCI outranks them all in expert content, its collaborative community, and world-class coaches and trainers. If you want to learn scripts and tactics, look elsewhere. If you are interested in personal change, which will lead you to have more influence because of who you are, you'll find it with NCI.

I thought I knew what was what and why in the world. Then I started my NCI course and that's when it happened... lightbulb after lightbulb went off in my head, correcting years of innocent misunderstanding. And that was the just the first module.

In my opinion this stuff should be taught in schools, it would make the world a far better place, far quicker and far easier than anything I've experienced before.

Highly recommend, the skills are life changing.

I'm very pleased with my decision to attend NCI-1. It has been a truly transformational experience. I look forward to attending next levels of NCI and I am recommending NCI to friends and colleagues.

The course content is outstanding and delivered in a way that feels practical and easy to connect with. It genuinely shifts how you see people, communication, and even everyday situations. There are also many valuable extras, like the Friday calls, which add another layer of support and learning. The forums are incredibly helpful too, especially when you have questions or are searching for something specific. I’m very glad I came across this course.

Chase Hughes is, without exaggeration, the best that’s ever done it. I half jokingly call him Bombs Over Baghdad because he has a way of dropping a single phrase that detonates inside your psyche and makes integration unavoidable. You do not just learn from him, you change. His teachings quietly but permanently reorganize how you think, perceive, and move through the world. Being gifted his Ops Manual felt like being handed the substance of an entire master’s level education or better. The depth, precision, and applicability of what’s in that book goes far beyond most formal programs.

Chase Hughes’ work is not always fully appreciated on social media because its depth asks for contemplation rather than quick consumption. He does not perform insight, he delivers it. Precision over performance. Integration over applause. Signal over noise. His work does not go viral because it is meant to be integrated, not scrolled past. What makes him truly exceptional is his humanity. He is deeply kind, present, and genuinely invested in the people he teaches. When he tells his class to be good to ourselves and says that he loves us, it’s not hollow, it lands because he means it. He operates from the love frequency, which is known as the highest frequency because it dissolves fear and creates lasting transformation rather than surface level compliance. I am honored to have learned from him and the rest of his staff at NCI who are have obviously been picked because not only do they love what they do, but they are also very good at it. I look forward to continue learning from someone whose brilliance and is matched only by his integrity and care for others.
