The parcel was not delivered to my…
The parcel was not delivered to my doorstep as I paid for it to be delivered. The LPO is just 5 minutes drive from the address that was provided to be delivered initially. Never ever going to do purchase from you guys and will never ever recommend it to anyone.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I understand your frustration regarding the delivery of your parcel and I sincerely apologize that it wasn't a doorstep delivery as expected.
Just to clarify, we do have a policy in place where if our courier, is unable to gain access to a property, the parcel will be left securely at the local post office for collection. We mention this in our shipping information to ensure the safety of your order.
While we understand this isn't always the most convenient option, it's the safest way to ensure your parcel isn't left unattended in a potentially insecure location.
I understand your disappointment, and I want to assure you that we always aim for a smooth delivery process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call me directly as you have my number I'm happy to discuss this further and see if there's anything else I can assist you with.

The Marshmallows were tasteless
The Marshmallows were tasteless, chocolate coated popcorn was sticky, and the rocky road tasted stale. The Raspberry boiled lollies were lovely. I did not think value for cost was evident.
