Great product, with quality inclusions and quick delivery.

While I can’t dispute the quality of the hampers, what didn’t happen was the delivery to the right address and on the correct day, I sent a hamper to my mother for Mothers Day, she got a text saying it had been delivered along with a text to me saying it was delivered on the Sunday, my mother ended up getting it the next day as it had been delivered to another Blue care facility around the corner, I tried talking to a text Bot on Sunday afternoon with no help, then got an email saying the hamper was delivered with proof of drop off, but not at the correct Address.
The hamper emporium just brushed me off sating they didn’t get involved with delivery.!
I paid extra for the delivery and for the correct day, I won’t be using the hamper emporium again.

I ordered a hamper for mother's day and it didn't deliver due to an incorrect address. Address was correct so I re-confirmed and delivery was attempted following day. The new message was 'unable to gain access'. I provided a contact name and number for the delivery as there was a gate but courier didn't try either time to call recipient so they could open the gate. What is the point of giving these details if couriers are too lazy to use them? Customer service was very helpful and refunded me however the experience will ensure I won't use this business again. Product looked nice but if their supply chain is this bad, what is the point? This is becoming an issue across the board. Couriers and Aus Post (whoever it is) really don't care. Disappointing.

It was a gift to my daughter in law for Mother's Day and she was very happy with the gift. She said it was just lovely and delivered very promptly.

Ordered a hamper with express shipping to arrive in time for Mother's Day. That day was ruined this year for my poor mother because of the incompetence of this company's staff. The cutoff on their own website showed latest orders could be Thursday morning, I ordered Wednesday evening so well before the cutoff. Expected delivery date again from their shopping cart showed Friday. When I emailed them on the Friday distressed that the package had not arrived, I had no response until after Mother's Day the next Monday. They even had the audacity to lie in an email response to me, saying it was lost in transit when I have email notifications from Australia Post confirming it was never dispatched. Very disappointed.

I had been been using Hamper Emporium for many years for corporate clients! When i left Sydney in 2019 to start a new life in America! I continue to use them as my elderly mother still resides in Australia and it means that my mother can enjoy hampers for all the important times in her life and her grandchildren and granddaughter and her son and son-law know my mom is not forgotten!

I placed the order last week with the estimated delivery date for Friday. As of yet (the following Thursday) it remains undelivered - the only tracking message coming from Australia Post saying ’sender has created a label’.

Have ordered your hampers a few times now and would recommend you to anyone wanting a special gift for someone special. Love the ease of ordering on line. Good quality products and even though my son was not there for the first delivery you ensured that the second attempt was successful. Thanking you. Love your Maggie Beer products.

We had a problem with some items from our order of gourmet hampers being damaged in transit. The Hamper Emporium were very helpful and after we sent photos of the damaged goods, they arranged for the damaged items to be shipped to us at no cost. With helpful service like this, we have subsequently ordered another 6 gourmet hampers!
