I’m a complete tech dinosaur and couldn’t even begin to understand how to set up an email client. Heck, I didn’t even know what an email client was !
Thanks to Carl & Gavin I’ve learned loads and now have a fully functioning professional email to go with my new little business. Thank you for your patience and time and super rapid response time too, all over the course of a weekend. A1 service, colour me impressed.

I was impressed with the no faff pricing and the technical support for someone who really doesn't know what they are doing has been great via instant chat or emails. The inclusion of Webmail as part of the solution is also a nice extra.

I've been working with these guys for many years now and have always found them to be extraordinarily helpful. Nothing is too much of an issue for them and they definitely subscribe to the view that the only stupid question is the one you don't ask! I would recommend them to anybody who needs the IT services they provide. One of the great things about them is that they are UK professionals who know exactly what to do and are masters of their craft. Why use foreign service providers when there are people here in the UK of a greater calibre. No, I don't have shares in their business but when you find good people that do not wear cowboy hats and are brilliant at what they do, you need to promote them.

Absolutely brilliant service. Nothing is too much trouble. Prompt reliable and trustworthy. I’m a small business and not that clued up on anything that’s I.T related so they were patient explaining what I needed and what would be best for me. These people have good prices for domains. Some are so low you'd think you'd end up with limited support. But no, their support is quick and helpful. I had trouble finalising the transfer of a dot com domain. Purely helped me fix it patiently.
